Familiarity: I've used it several times

I found the ear cover leaves a pocket for cold air to creep into. It protects from side winds pretty well, but when facing directly into the wind my ears still are pretty cold. Other than that it serves its purpose perfectly. Looks great too. my 22.5 inch head fit in the 7 and 3/8 size perfect.

These were paired with some boots from BC as well for my fathers birthday. He is 6'4" and quite slim. I got the XL for the foot sizing which fits his size 13 foot great. The only draw back is the waist does not cinch up really tight as the xl waist is much larger than my fathers 33 inch waist. With that said, layering will help take up the space and they surely wont fall down. Other than that these are top quality.

Fit: True to size
Height: 6' 1"
Weight: 170 lbs
Size Purchased: L

This is a very light piece that works very well. I like the features but the snaps can be a pain to button and unbotton sometimes. Besides that it works fantastic in the wet weather and offers plenty of coverage. I ended up with a Large for layering and there is plenty of room for a large jacket underneath. Go with a medium for small layering.

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Ran these on my SB6 for quite some time and loved them. They were stiff compared to the Easton Heist wheels before them and made locking in a corner a breeze. Not to mention the hub is built with amazing quality and I felt like it was a much more reliable wheel overall.. i would definitely recommend calling a Gearhead to get the right spec recommendations!

These my not be flaws for you but here is why they werent 5 starts for me.

First thing is the tongue does not stay put. The rim of the tongue is rough and really dug into my ankle for a while when i first got them. I now run them not-so-tight and the rubbing isnt bad.

The next is the width, they are not a very wide shoe to begin with and have since stretched a bit. But i dont really have a too-wide foot and these are narrow. So they took some time to break in.

Besides that they are burly and i definitely like them now. Wasn't so sure the first two weeks or so. I bought a 45.5 and i usually wear an 11 street shoe. I think i could have sizes up just a bit but overall im happy.
