This was the third book to complete my Dr. Allen Lim Skratch cookbook trilogy series, so obviously it was a must buy. I'm excited to use this for bigger meals to use on cycling trips or just for meal prep at home. The recipes offer a nice collection for a well-balanced nutritional plan. This book is best paired with the other Feed Zone cookbooks but totally not necessary. Either way it's a good gift for anyone, including yourself.

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

TriggerPoint really knows how to go the extra mile than your typical foam roller. If you use this bad boy correctly for the muscles your targeting you will be giving them a deep-tissue massage while loosening up that lactic acid for quicker and better recoveries.

Even if you just want to feel good before or after working out or you have some sore spots from the long day, this roller knows what you need. I've found this size of roller helps tackle larger muscle groups and therefore gives you faster relief. Whether you're looking to relieve muscles, joint pain, or improve mobility you will be doing your body a huge favor with one of these.

This HRM is a must have for your cycling training (or running). It transmits both Ant+ and Bluetooth signals so pairs easily with your other devices and apps. I have not used the internal workout storage that allows you to leave the phone if you want, however that is nice feature to have. The strap adjusts easily and snaps to the HRM sensor with buttons. The fit is comfortable and overall for this price it's in line with all the other HRMs out there and offers a few more features.

I'm a strong advocate for chocolate milk post workouts so this will now be my go to for recovery drinks. The ingredients make it even more nutritionally better for you than just regular chocolate milk. It will provide everything your body needs after a long ride or tough workout.

The flavor is smooth and delicious better than any powdered recovery drink I've had before. Best part is you won't feel that perpetual tummy rumble you've felt before with recovery drink mixes. Much like all the other Skratch products for me, this one is a must have.

Fit: True to size

These may be more designed for road racing with their lightweight, stiff Easton EC90 carbon sole, and highly breathable design however they are even more than just that. I simply was looking for a nice road shoe to replace the old ones I had. What I found in this one was one that provided an amazing fit (love both the BOA dial and velcro straps) and is comfortable for both short and long rides.

The uppers on this shoe have a soft microfiber feel making it feel snug yet extremely comfortable. Giro does fit a bit more narrow in the toe box but in terms of sizing I was a half size smaller than my Shimano shoes.

Overall this is a great shoe at a even better value for everything it provides no matter what type of rider you are.

My wife loves these socks whenever its even remotely cold outside. They are super comfortable and keep her feet warm when we go hiking, sledding or walking around the town. They go high enough to wear with winter boots and the reinforced heel and toe brings more support in the right areas.

I got this as a gift for my wife. She loves it for her restorative yoga classes, meditation or to work on poses at home. The cushioning is great, lightweight and the handle makes it easy to transport. The recycled polyester fabric allows you to clean it easily and it's super soft to the touch.

Best dressed pup on the block!

Familiarity: I've used it several times

I got the small size for my 45lb puppy @ivytheheelermix and the fit is perfect! The blue color of the jacket is subtlety bright and looks nice. The bottom part allows her to move around, run, hike, and play in the snow. Since it's water resistant it dries very fast and sheds snow easily. The zippered closure is great for an easy on and off. Love this jacket

Fit: True to size

Got this as a gift for my father in law who needed something for his chilly motorcycle rides. He said overall its a great winter jacket. The design allows you to move without feeling bulky and the fabric keeps you warm at 20 degrees. The insulated hood is great for additional coverage, especially in really windy days.

Fit: True to size

Got this as a gift for my mother-in-law and she loved it. The reversible design makes it very versatile depending on the weather, especially on rainy days. The Vest allows you to wear layers under it in case you need it or wear a jacket on top, as it isn't heavy or bulky. Pockets are a good size and the fabrics are soft and warm.

I bought these as a gift for my mother in law and she says they are great for fall and spring weather. Perfect use for walking the dog or going for a jog. The fleece keeps your hands warm and allows sufficient breathability. The touchscreen-compatible thumb makes phone use easy, especially when you have a leash on the other side.

"I've avoided pull on pads and have always used the wrap around type pads. After wearing these, I'm all about em! I totally converted and should not have wasted my time and money with the straps. These puppies provide great protection, with the best breathability and the thinnest profile out of the dozen or so brands I've tried. You actually forget that you are wearing them. Very comfortable. I now own several pairs of G-Form stuff. I get lots of pedal strikes from trying to be like MacaSkill, so I wish the shin part went down just another 3 inches to get more coverage. Love being able to rinse them after every ride so as not to stink myself out."

This jacket fits really well (similar to Fox sizing) and is articulated in the right places. Its lightweight, breathes well, and wicks moisture while still adding some warmth. The jacket has a good sleeve length and lower back coverage to stay in place while shredding and it fits well under a pack. Overall you get a great technical MTB jacket at a reasonable price point!

Wow! I've used other torque wrenches in the past and never have I trusted something so much when it comes to tightening expensive parts. With torque wrenches, you really get what you pay for. The Giustarforza is a very high end and very well calibrated tool. Finally I can rest easy knowing I'm torquing to the proper specs without a doubt on the first try. This wrench has a very satisfying feel so you know you're very close and then the subtle click to stop. It includes a sweet roll up case, plastic storage box and all the bits and extensions make a great set to add to your toolbox!
