Its the little things in life. A teton sunrise. The sound of cicadas in the South. Seeing wild life when you don't expect it. These are the things that I'm after.

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I bought this to replace my other Big Agnes tent. The other is great but the poles alone weight as much as the whole shebang for the Jackrabbit. This tent is light (about 4lbs) and well suited for my husband and myself. the tent has two doors, which is why I bought it. Now nobody gets steeped on when one has to answer natures call. We recently spent a night in it with temps in the 30s and were comfortable. I think it is also a good option for solo camping. Overall I think it is a good all purpose backpacking tent. You cant go wrong with Big Agnes.

I am a whitewater raft guide in the summer season. I love keens. the are cofortable to wear ALL DAY. I am in the water a lot but they are supportive for me while I am lifting and moving equipment. My colleges that wear chaco's are always getting blisters cuts even loosing toenails because thier sandals dont offer the protection or comfort that a Keen does. The wisper held up fine for a full season but I am getting a new pair for the upcoming because I don't think they will surrvive anther seson of hard work and wear.I am switching to the Keen H2 because as some others have pointed out the wisper just doesn't seem to be as durable.
