Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Fit: True to size

I was attracted to the price. And I didn't notice that it doesn't have access to urinate without umbelting, sliding down pants, then sliding down the underwear.

Unfortunately, I didn't notice this failure until I first needed to urinate on the first day I wore them! Because of my oversight - and the fact that I've worn them - I'm not going to try to return them.
Other than that, they feel fine. I've only worn them the one time - and have now relegated them to the back of my drawer, to be used only in emergencies!

Needed something to keep my face and neck warm when riding my e-bike to work at 15-18 MPH on cold mornings. It's great for that!

Note my use case covers use for very short rides - 10 minutes MAX. I haven't had a need to use it for periods longer than that, so don't use my recommendation if your use case includes significantly longer times.

I'm not really an outdoorsy type, but I do commute by e-bike. E-Assist on in the cold early morning, then I get a workout on the way home by NOT using E-assist and taking a longer route home. My problem? Those cold early mornings. I'm headed to a well heated building at 15-18 MPH with dressy pants. When it's too cold, I'll throw on my rain pants for the trip and that keeps the cold wind off my legs. And when it's warm enough, I don't add anything. But there's a space in between where I'm reluctant to throw on the rain pants for an 8 minute trip, but if I don't, I get seriously chilled.

These socks bridge that gap! They're light enough that I don't overheat during the day in the well heated building, but heavy enough under slacks to keep the chill off for the ride to work.
