Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I personally like sleeping in a tent or on the dirt (in Moab) and was never able to get a good sleep in a hammock, but hey i'm a renaissance man! I love hanging the hammock near my tent or dirt pile just to enjoy a nice book or lounge time. I was readin lord of the rings last time. Either way, i recommend this Eagles Nest Outfitters DoubleNest Hammock to anyone who needs a little piece of relaxation time on the trail!

Being a hiker/camper/Fisherwoman my wife needs a light weight and functional pair of long pants that can keep up with her. These do just the trick! We went down there and she caught a trout this big! her only complaint was that the long pats were a bit "swishy sounding". But i dont think the fish can hear it!

My wife really is an outdoorsy girl. I said in previous post that she is hard to shop for and picky and every time i get her fishing/hiking gearI usually mess it up! But not with these! She absolutely loves these and broke them in real good on our hiking trip to Moab. She got several compliments on the trail and had to brag a bit about how much she loved them. We hike to the arch and back. I got lucky this time, or maybe its just the great quality and function of the Mountain Hardwear Railay Ankle Pant - Women's !

Skiing has al ways been my passion. I get at least 15-20 days per year, which is more than brother even though kevin says he gets more. During those winter days i love to have a warm functional base layer. This is exactly what i needed and would recommend it to anyone who skis as much as i do! Maybe i'll get kevin one of these and put him to the test and really see if he can ski more than me because he says he can but im pretty sure he's just fibbing!

I love this technical base layer, mostly because i'm a technical guy. I love laying down deep carves on the corduroy at Park City all season long. This baselayer was great for keeping me warm in the winter months, and worked great underneath a shell jacket in the spring

I gotta tell ya, my wife is a fickle shopper. I can barley get her sizing right even if she tells me directly to my face!
I got these for our anniversary trip to Moab (hiking trail) and i was pleasantly surprised to hear how much she loved them! She said they fit perfectly and were very comfortable! We hiked the trail (Moab) and she aint complain once. Either the good lord was shining down on me that day, or the shorts really are that great!

My wife and i took a winter camping trip to the Uintas, and this bag was an essential tool for staying warm(while sleeping). The temperature was logging in around 5 degrees, which by human standards is quite cold. Thankfully the Never Summer sleeping bag kept me and my life partner warm and toasty all throughout the winter's night!

I bought these for my wife during her maternity and she loves them. She needed a fun quirky shoe/sandal hybrid that was comfortable and quick to take on and off. The Arizona sandal is her favorite sandal and we even live in UTAH not arizona haha! I will recommend this product

Unreal Comfort. Premier styling. This boot will get you to the top of Mountain, and maybe even get the girl too. Haha, only joking, but this IS a great boot. True to their name, their light weight design will have you FastPacking past everyone on Mountain trail! I would recommend this boot for any hiker

While I normally do my skateboarding in the Kyle Walker Vans pro model edition shoe, I still need a shoe for casual fun and style. The shoe is no hassle, and all fun. They are easy to get on and you can skip the traditional lacing process entirely. If you are a serious skater, I would recommend sizing down by a half size. Since these are a laceless design, they will become broken in and get slightly looser over time. You wouldnt want these falling off your feet in a gnarly wreck!

Kyle Walker was born in a small town in Oklahoma and it was here that he fell in love with skateboarding. After several months of practice, he became a professional skateboarder and moved to Los Angeles. It was here he helped design his new signature shoe by Vans.
I love these shoes because they have a progressive fit and they're very comfortable and good. They have a durable suede exterior which makes the Kyle Walker shoe withstand all my kickflips and heel bonks. The UltraCush liner is amazing for dampening impacts and can really save your heels from bruising, especially after stair ollies or any drops from launch ramps or quarterpipe.
So, i recommend taking a "walk" in these shoes and trying them out! You won't be disappointed.

Years of hard manual labor had left my Fathers hands course and damaged. he had owned several pairs of working-mans gloves in the past, but in each pair, the craftsmanship was deficient and wanting. He was more than impressed with the Filson Deerskin gloves which I had given him as a gift. He wrote me a long email detailing his love for the glove and all the uses he had got from them. From gardening, to riding his charley Davidson bikes, he hasnt had a single complaint. They Deerskin gloves only get better with age and increased use. I hope he hands them down to his son!

I've used this illumination unit on both of my pets. They are visible at short distances but quickly fade into the darkness as they drift beyond my line of sight. One animal had quite long fur, which seemed to absorb much of the light given off by this unit.
I would recommend this to pet users who own very short-haired animals.

This product is exactly as advertised. It produces a powerful ray of light in multiple colors. When its attached to my pet animal, i can see it from a great distances (at night). I recommend this for pet owners whom walk their pet at evening time.

The MSR Insulated Stainless Steel Mug is a small unit that can support 12oz of your favorite beverage. I have frequently prepared tea. Before the Stainless Steel Mug, I was preparing my teas in a Jetboil System which can be dangerous to drink from. I recommend this cup as it it easily pack-able and protects your hands from hot temperatures.

The Goal Zero Lighthouse 250 Lantern is a medium sized light and will become an essential fixture of your campsite. It provides a long lasting powerful emission that can keep your campsite lit for up to 3-4 days, provided you practice conservative energy consumption. I've rated this unit 4 stars solely because of its size. If you can spare extra space in your bag, you just might rate it a 5.
Regards,
Steve

This little thing is great to carry around if you think you might need a spare charge. Its perfect for camping in case your phone wastes all its energy and battery searching for a signal. I really only use my phone for photos so its nice to know i can take pictures through the whole trip. Not to mention if you get into a sketchy situation, it helps to have a charged phone if you need to make an emergency call! Bottom line, it does its job
