Recently, I had a warranty replacement on my last Beta AR and I opted to pay up and get the Beta SV. The SV is a great jacket in its own right, but the cut was a little longer than I wanted. I also like the collar design better on the AR than the SV.

I ended up buying another Beta AR and will now have both the AR & SV... the AR is going to get most of the use and abuse. I love this jacket and am glad to have it back in the fold! It does run just a little big.

These were purchased for me as a gift. Used most recently in Vail, CO to ski front side and back bowls. The powder was nearly waist deep in the bowls and I stayed dry and warm!

For sizing - I'm kind of in between sizes at a 38 pant waist. I went with a XLT. to make sure they weren't tight for layering. The Sabre pant is definitely loose on me and required use of a belt. The Sabre pants have great vents to let in some fresh air while taking a lunch break.

Also, if I had to give one critique it would be on the built-in "belt" on the pants. It cinches tight, but with my sizing difference at about 1.5 inches in the waist, I couldn't keep it tight enough to suit me. My solution was to buy an Arcteryx Conveyor Belt and it worked perfectly. If using a real belt, you will need to remove the built in cinch belt as it does not comfortably fit at the waist with essentially two buckles (built in belt and traditional belt).

Looking forward to many years of use out of these pants! Would absolutely recommend them!

Bought this to mix with my Patagonia R1 quarter zips. I must say that I prefer this to the R1's in comfort. Great pullover. The only reason I rated 4-Stars is the fit is just a "little" snug for my taste... Don't let that discourage you, its very comfortable and definitely in my weekly rotation. Worth checking out if sized correctly.

Purchased to replace another pair of approach style shoes that had seen better days. The Vasque Mantra 2.0's were very comfortable to me right out of the box. I've got a pair of Vasque boots and the quality carries through to these low tops. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve owned four pairs of these shorts and absolutely love them. Great organic cotton canvas. I recently had to purchase another size and will agree with others that they run one size too small (the waist specifically). Great shorts, love them - highly recommend them!

I purchased this shirt in the LS version. It’s a comfortable fabric (very light), and I love the pattern. HOWEVER, when I washed this shirt it shrunk dramatically across the chest and arms... Buyer beware: if you are not the laundry expert, be careful!

Purchased this chair for several reasons. To use for car camping, outdoor concerts, etc.. I took this on a 5 night float trip in northern Idaho and was the envy of the campsite nights and mornings. Everyone else had little three post stools. This chair was super comfortable -- even for my 6'5 frame- for long periods of time. Great quality build and unbelievably lightweight. Consider this for camping, tailgating, or outdoor concert going.

I purchased the largest size Arcteryx makes for this shoe (Men's 14). I was a little concerned reading other reviews that they wouldn't fit at all, but wanted to give them a shot... Wearing thinner socks is a must. These shoes are incredibly comfortable and supportive. I recently used them as an all around shoe for a white water float/fishing trip. The shoes kept my feet warm in cold water - rafting or wet wading for fishing... and were more than supportive enough for short 3-5 mile hikes out of camp. On colder days, I wore neoprene socks that proved to make the shoes a little uncomfortable. In hind sight, I could have removed and stored the insole and that would have probably given me enough room for the neoprene socks to be comfortable. Love the shoes, love the Arcteryx quality build. I'm knocking this review one star for running small.

Took this kit on a week long float trip in Idaho backcountry chasing trout. I purchased the 8wt as I also intent to use this for salmon fishing in Alaska. Admittedly, the 8wt was a little too much for some of the trout we caught. I'm considering buying the same package in a 5-6wt. But my impressions of this combo are one of extreme value. The rod has great balance and feel for longer casts and I love the drag adjustments and smoothness of the reel. I casts several other people's rods that trip; Orvis Helios 6wt, Reddington 5wt. I just kept coming back to my rig. Definitely put this setup into consideration when purchasing a new rod/reel combo.

As the title says, I bought these in a pinch on a trip. Flying into the upper Midwest, I knew the weather forecast of 40's was too optimistic for December. A blizzard moved in and dropped to air temps to just above ZERO. These fit true to size and snug on the hand for good dexterity (I purchased a large). I was mostly in and out of a vehicle this trip, so I was not exposed to these temps for any extended period of time. If you were going to do any true alpining or skiing, I would recommend a heavier glove... This purchase was also my first exposure to Rab as a brand, and I must say I have been very impressed with the fit and quality. Future gear purchases of Rab will definitely be in consideration as needed! Bottom line, great glove. Extremely comfortable and thus far has held up to quite a bit of use.

I started out buying the 45L and have used it so much, I had to buy the larger 90L. These bags are nearly bulletproof and I love (emphasis) the fact that the lid zips around and then flips out of the way and the contrast color on the interior -- both very helpful when digging to find a specific item. These bags are my travel and gear storage staples. Perfect for road trips and airline travel. My suggestion, start with a smaller size and work your way up with future purchases. You'll find a use from basic gym bag to gear laden road trip companion. Not enough praise for these bags!

I travel frequently for work, so space in the luggage is a premium and sometimes I need to be prepared for various climate/weather conditions. This pullover is now one of my go-to pieces! It fits well (true to size) and is extremely comfortable. Most important to me, it's very packable! I would highly recommend this as a layering piece or as a mid-weight to wear over a polo shirt. I will be buying another one in a different color. Awesome piece of gear!

I've researched up and down the Arcteryx line looking for a good general purpose winter jacket. One that could be used for hiking, skiing, or just walking around town and fending off the elements.

The Fission SL does it! Fits true to size and is cut generously enough that you can layer. I've been in 20 degree weather with light layers under and was very comfortable. Haven't had a chance to test it in precipitous weather yet, but I'm sure that will come! Very, very happy with this purchase.

This light is incredible in the lumens department. Truly massive amounts of power and good battery life. The multiple functions [red light, low white light, strobe, and lock] are are useful in their own right and well thought out.

We hiked a portion of the AT and this light was helpful at showing us "the way".

The only down side, if there was one, is the overall weight. While its not burdensome, ultralighters/minimalist could find a lighter weight lamp with a moderate amount of lumen/light power.

I would absolutely recommend this light if seeing daylight at night is your thing.

I own several Arcteryx shells and wanted to give their down a try. Arcteryx delivers another home run with this jacket. Very light and very warm. I've been outside comfortably to the mid 20's with nothing but a dry fit undershirt on.

As for fit. I am 6'5 225 lbs and fit perfectly in the XL. This jacket has an athletic cut and ordered the XL to account for that.

Great product. Packs down to the size of a 1000ml Nalgene.
