Shawn Craig's Bio

Love skiing, mountain biking, hiking, backpacking and pretty much any outdoor activity. Recently I have really gotten into running rivers and have also just started to get back into running following some knee surgeries.

Really like the regular fit on this pretty fitted but not tight. The sleeves are a great length and provide good coverage. Lighter material with a really light back. I was right on the border between L and XL. XL works great and felt better

Probably echoing what has been said here but this will fit weird while standing up however, it fits great while riding. I personally like the fabric that's used and it's fairly form fitting. Probably not a great jersey for a really hot day but in warm to cool conditions it's great. I can wear it with a wool base layer for cooler morning starts and still be pretty comfortable as the day gets warmer.

I had the previous version of the Cliftons and replaced them with these. They're great. I had only once complaint with the old ones. They were too hot. They fixed that issue with these and they're a lighter airier version.

These are legit. Great replacement for weak tent stakes that are provided by most tent manufacturers. These are solid and will basically hammer right through tree roots and obliterate most rocks you encounter. They don't bend, they just blow through things.

These are decent bibs. I generally wear them for shorter training rides of 2.5 hours or less. They're adequate for the job. I probably wouldn't want these for longer rides. They fit well and are well made. Decent but not great chamois.

I struggle with shoes. I have a wide forefoot but not really a high volume shoe. I have generally gone with GIRO HV shoes but they've never been quite right. These fit me perfect. They accommodate my forefoot and provide a great fit. The lace up looks sharp as well. The rubber soles provide security on hike a bikes or rough terrain if needed. Durability seems good so far.

I have been wearing this with a wool short sleeve base layer in weather that spans high 40s to high 50s. It starts to get a bit warm on climbs in those temps but is pretty comfortable otherwise. It breathes great. I really like the fit and the wool blend is terrific.

This comes in handy from everything from washing bikes on the move, showering and doing camp dishes. Much better than gravity fed showers. It's well made. When finished with it, I put some pressure in it and blow out the majority of the moisture from the hose. After that I hang it upside down with the top open and it seems to completely dry out pretty quickly.

This bag offers pretty good capacity. Without the bag fully extended I can still carry two water bottles via bottle cages. In that configuration I can put a jacket and plenty of other necessary items for long rides or overnight trips. It mounts stable to the bike without issues.

I use this to hold tubes, wallet and keys. It has a nice hook attachment for your key ring. It also provides easy access to food. through the side pockets and the to mesh pocket. Attaches securely without and issue. I am using this with a Niner RLT RDO.
