I don't normally write reviews, but the zipper on this vest is a disappointing miss. I also have the Atom LT Insulated Vest and the zipper on that vest is so much better. The zipper on this vest is unbelievably cheap and doesn't really match the quality that I expect from Arc'teryx gear. I got this late in the season so I've only worn it a couple of times. If there is a meaningful update or change I'll update the post when I'm able to wear it more.

Familiarity: I've used it several times

I'm 6 foot, 210 lbs and purchased the 142mm. I started riding while I nursed a shoulder injury for something to do until I could go back to crossfit. I have tried several saddles since getting a road bike. The Specialized Phenom saddle that came with the bike was way too firm for me. I tried my Fitzik Allante VS saddle from my mountain bike, but that seemed uncomfortable after 20 miles. It works on my mountain bike because I don't normally ride more than 20 miles at a time. I also tried the carbon Fitzik saddle, but don't recall the name. It was way too firm and went back after only a few rides. The second best saddle I tried was the Specialized Avatar. I kept searching, because I wanted to find a saddle that I didn't notice on rides longer than 20 miles. I didn't want to have to keep changing positions to be comfortable.

So far this has been the most comfortable saddle and doesn't make you feel like you've just been released from prison, so to speak. I will keep putting miles on this one, but feel like it's a pretty good saddle for me. I don't find myself changing positions all of the time and it's nice and smooth so if you do shift, it doesn't seem to grip your shorts like the Specialized Avatar. I probably have over 500 miles on this saddle and will update this post if something changes. I'm trying to build up to a century ride, so a lot more miles are in the forecast.

I will be returning this jacket. I own a lot of TNF gear and have been pretty happy with all of it and why I have remained loyal. I returned the Brigandine 2L because it was too roomy and this one was just the opposite. I have a muscular build typical of CF and normally have room in XL sizes. I tried on several mid layer items and really wanted this jacket to work because I thought the Monster Blue color was perfect for me. Not enought room or range of motion with a TNF fleece underneath and just a tee shirt under that.

I liked the goretex, but I don't know how durable the nylon ripstop would have been long term. Probably a non-issue with the warranty. I want a jacket that will last a long time and other reviewers for other manufacturers have used terms like bullet proof and I didn't get that feeling with this jacket.

I gave it three stars because the fit and no 2XL is offered. If you have a smaller frame, you might love this jacket.

Full disclosure, i returned the jacket. I also don't normally write reviews, but since there were none, I felt compelled to provide one.

I thought it was a nice jacket and appeared to be well made and why i gave it four stars. i am looking for a jacket that will last for several years. There was plenty of room for a helmet under the hood. I liked the color combination. There was also plenty of room to layer underneath, but I have read other reviews that describe a tent feel. I'm not sure if TNF was going for that look or it just runs large. I liked the idea of a little insulation and the ability to layer up for colder weather, but I returned it to search for something that had a more athletic fit.
