These are very cute and comfortable. They hold you in well. If you prefer them to not be tight, I would go one size up. If you like them tight to hold you in, stick with your usual size. There's a little bit of mesh panels on the sides which I didn't realize when I ordered but it's not too much. I love them.!

Battery life has been spot on with what Garmin promises. Maps work as advertised. My main use for the maps is to provide a quick glance of the trail so that I take the correct path every where I go. For activities, your options are endless. I mainly use the hiking, treadmill, and run activities and they have each performed great. The ability to customize your screens with the data you want to see is just amazing. For hiking, I have a screen showing a map of the trail, a screen with the elevation profile, another screen with a timer, pace, heart rate, and clock, and then the awesome ClimbPro screen which takes your hike and creates separate graphs showing your current then upcoming climbs.
I can go on, but there are reviews online that give more detail.

I picked these up for my nephew for a recent trip down south. He had no problem running/ hiking/ climbing around Canyonlands and Arches. He did not complain about his feet hurting at all. He did comment that they are great for puddles.

These boots are solid and will take a bit to break in. The soles have grip that you can trust, and look like they will last a very long time. The boot is not light, so if you are counting ounces, then they probably aren't for you.

I recently picked one of these up and it has become my go to day to day jacket. Its not too bulky and seems a bit tougher than most light weight down pieces. It will work great under my shell for cold days on the hill, but for now it is an around the town jacket for me.
