Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Fit: Runs small

There was a Mad Rock rep who came into the bouldering gym I work at (The Mine Bouldering Gym in Park City, UT) and had a whole bag full of these funky shoes.
They look really cool and I was excited to try them on, but for the life of me I just couldn't find a pair that fit me right. They were all way too snug around the heel, to the point to where I couldn't really step down into them all the way. And I definitely don't have a wide fit by any means.
Anyway, I'm sure they're awesome shoes if they fit you, but they seem to be pretty limited in what kind of foot they can accommodate. SO, like I said, try em before you buy em and make sure.

I used this bad boy the other day while sport climbing with co-workers, Grant Kates and Jane Hwang. I must say I was pretty happy when they pulled this beautiful shiny brand new rope out and asked me to give it the first lead.
Of course, all ropes are going to be awesome when you give em your first run. But this rope in particular seemed so easy and fluid to climb on that you kinda forget it's there. Very light and easy to clip and has a good amount of elongation to provide your climber with a soft catch (Grant was lucky enough to put the rope to the true test that day )?:)
All in all, a great rope. In fact, so great that I bought one myself as soon as I got home. Can't wait to pick it up this week! Thanks for the pics Jane!

Obviously the coolest thing about these headphones is the push feature which allows you to play/pause a song or or shuffle/skip songs with just the touch of a button on the earphone itself. Really convenient for while you are out on the slopes and don't want to have to pull your phone out all the time. The sound quality is actually pretty good as well.
However, my main qualm with these headphones is that they don't really fit very over the ears. They seem to slip around quite a bit. Other than that though, they are pretty sweet.

Took this thing out on a 3 day camping trip down in Moab. We had 15-20 people on the trip and this performed like a rock star! Plenty of power for cooking anything you can imagine and the fact that it stands upright on its own makes it super convenient.
Only thing I didn't like was cleaning it afterwards. Some of the pieces should've been made removable for easier access, but hey, it's a camping stove.

Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
Fit: True to size

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a shoe that is comfy to wear for multiple hours at the gym. They are a little down-turned, but not enough to label them as an aggressive shoe. Good for beginner climbers or anyone looking for a good shoe to train in the gym in.

Lovin it already. The speakers are surprisingly high-quality, which I didn't expect out of some stock helmet speakers. The little volume control is cool too, so you don't have to constantly take out your phone. The helmet itself seems sturdy enough and has a cool fit and design to it.
I didn't give it 5 stars because I haven't had it that long and wanna make sure it's durable beforehand, and also, I can't seem to get the little Pause/Play button to work for my iPhone4.

These babies are warm and comfy. No better feeling than having your hand surrounded in merino wool. The sensors work great for my iPhone, so I don't have to take em off when it's cold on the mountain to change my music or answer a call. Great buy, especially for the price.

Good pants, just like their bigger brother the Ultimate Roc. However, I kinda like the fashion and style of these pants better actually. Their a little less utilitarian, but seem to have a more casual feel. Once again, the waist seems a bit large.

Never thought I'd actually wear one of these, but I actually really love it. It prevents any air getting in between my top and bottom layers and retains heat much better than having two separate pieces.
My only complaint with 1-Z's in general is kind of obvious, and not to gross anyone out too much, but when you have to do a #2 is can be quite a burden.

I ordered these as a Xmas present for my buddy. However, once I saw them and felt the quality and style of the shoe, I was immediately jealous. Haha. He's worn them a couple of times and loves them. So I must say that these will probably be my next pair come spring time.

I got these just because every man needs a decent pair of black pants. These did the trick without breaking the bank. Although they do seem to run a little long and definitely be prepared to break these bad boys in.

So I didn't have any insoles to speak of in my Rossi B-Squads (which was kinda weird for being an $800 boot), so I bought these in hopes of achieving two things - warmer feet & better performance. I was a little skeptical with these being a trim to fit insole, but to my pleasant surprise, they worked really well. My feet never got cold, and I noticed that I have a snugger and more technical fit in my boots now.
Only thing is, I had these professionally molded (by Inkline sports in Salt Lake City...thanks guys!), which cost a little bit extra on top of the actual soles. But for me it was still worth every penny.

This is probably one of the best intermediate goggles Smith makes. They aren't spectacular, but they get the job done effectively. The only qualm I have with these is that the plastic buckles are pretty weak. I broke one of the snaps when I was trying to adjust the strap. Fortunately they still work. I'd recommend these to anyone who's been riding for a while and needs a step up in their visibility but doesn't want to spend a fortune.

These things are indestructible, lightweight, AND come in cool colors. What else is there to say? PLUS, replacement parts for them are easy to find.
Speaking of which, don't put these in the dishwasher with the lid on. The heat actually melted my lid to shreds...MY BAD! All good though, just got a new lid for couple bucks.
