It's a good idea on paper but fails to perform. I've worn these shorts on multiple club rides on crisp California winter days and on a few brisk wet rides thinking maybe they just need a break in period. They do the job keeping you warm and dry but one of the few flaws I've found lies in the chamois. No amount of chamois cream can make these shorts comfortable after 20 miles at which point it feels like you have sandpaper between your legs. It seems to be a flaw in many winter/wet riding gear I've tried out but these are probable the worst. The chamois on my pair is sewn in such a way that it creases towards the saddle giving a diaper like appearance that no amount of miles or washes seems to fix. The second flaw I discovered was in the stitching. I wear a size 32 waist so I went with a medium and found the leg seams to be a tad snug and ended up popping the seam instantly after the first few pedal strokes. Oh well.

I keep snapping spokes in my rear wheel! Two over the four months I've owned my set. They happened two months apart. I'm 180 pounds and I thought the jet plus was good for riders up to 225? What should I do? Would wider tires remedy this? I currently ride 23s. Both times it has happened I have been climbing out of the saddle going up steep climbs (15%) very slowly.

I fell in love with these wheels the moment i saw them. Now they have over 500 miles on then and I still love them but the honeymoon period is over and the few flaws they have are starting to show.
First off these wheels are far from stiff. That being said the ride comfort it amazing, just dont expect to win any sprints on these. I have snapped a spoke already. Another flaw I've noticed is the aluminium rear freehub. Miles of climbing and hard accelerations have not been nice to it and the casset has started cutting grooves into it. A new freehub is 100 dollars which is outrageous for something that becomes trashed after a few hundred miles. Instead ill be rebuilding the wheel with a bomb proof dura-ace hub and be done with it.
That being said these are amazing wheels. They handle crosswinds, headwinds, rough roads, and hills like a champ. Plus the aero advantage you get with these wheels makes it easy to put the hurt on potential wheelsuckers and ride them off your wheel on the flats and rolling terrain, its a no brainer why these wheels are big in the tri sport community.

I purchased the 2015 version of this kit, both jersey and shorts and immediately fell in love with them. The colors were what drew me to buying them and capo has always had a reputation of having good quality stuff. I purchased two kits of these, alternating them every day and they both lasted a good while! In fact I still wear one of the kits and they're a good 8 months old now and just starting to show signs of fading. I purchased these thinking they would be even better after reading the description and I've have the opposite results. From the gun the bottom cuffs never laid flat on my leg. There was an obvious lip that curled up at the seam. I thought "ok, i can live with that." but I was sorely mistaken. I purchased these two months ago and have worn them two to three times a week and they are already trashed, they look worse than the 2015 kit which are four times as old and probably 1000 more miles on them. The colors are faded, the bottoms are curling up and catch the wind as I ride. What once used to be an eye-catching quality kit in 2015 has taken a huge leap backwards in 2016. I'm assuming the other capo kits are the same quality and material so I am steering clear of capo for a while. Im glad I waited for these to come on sale before I bought these. Capo has broken my heart. :'(
