Comfortable, cool and cost effective
5 5

Familiarity: I've used it several times

I picked these up after a gnarly wreck that knocked me out for a few weeks. For the money, these have done wonders. They're really comfortable, were cool through the middle of summer and helped my confidence a ton. Then when I had a similar wreck a few weeks later, I bounced a bit, climbed back on and finished my ride without issue. Definitely recommend

Great summer jersey!
5 5

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Fit: Runs small
Height: 5' 8"
Weight: 160 lbs
Size Purchased: Medium

I've worn this for most of my rides this summer, and have really enjoyed this shirt. Holds up well to brushes with trees, branches, while still being really light and breathable. Raglan sleeves are a wonderful thing, they move really well and keep the shirt from "boxing". The length on the sleeves is also a little longer, which really helps out in the brush.

I've observed that neck bunching also, though its never been a problem while I've been riding, only when I run in it

Too secure not to use
5 5

Familiarity: I've used it several times

I went with the foam blocks and web strap kit for many years, and between almost losing the boat off the roof and endless stress, I finally upgraded to these simple brackets. They dont look like much, but my canoe locks into place. That peace of mind alone is worth the purchace. I went with an after market factory rack, and installation is super easy; just a few twists and you're set to go.

Ergon grips - really improved my riding
5 5

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I upgraded to some Ergons (maybe the GP-1s?) a few seasons ago to help with some thumb pain caused by old skiing wreck. These grips subtly change your posture to direct the weight outward, which really helps remove and balance pressure.

Mine have been really durable, clipped some trees and survived a few crashes. The aluminum really helps hold them up, and the rubber hasnt dried out at all.

All in all, it has been a good upgrade that didnt require a ton of investment, I'd recommend them to anyone

Tough jersey, great fit
5 5

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Fit: True to size
Height: 5' 8"
Weight: 157 lbs
Size Purchased: Medium

Bought this so I would have something tough enough for southern Utah. The fit of this jersey is amazing. I'm not a very big guy, (5'8") and the raglan seams really made the shoulders ride well. I went with the long sleeves, which were nice and cool, even in 60 degrees with sun. A great product

Great for adventuring with plenty of H2O
5 5

Familiarity: I've used it several times

Picked this pack up to make sure I had some water for riding in southern Utah. Ended up carrying it all over! worked great for bouldering, hiking in Zion, horseback riding through the canyon and of course trail riding. The smaller profile helped keep my arms free, and it never grabbed on anything.

Not a ton of storage, though plenty of space for a few gear pieces, I even jammed my fleece vest in once. Also, the back ventilation helped keep my back cool

Wore it ALL of February
5 5

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Fit: True to size

I love this thing! wore it for just about every minute of February this year. I needed something to help with the draft from the edge of my jacket neck without being so bulky that the jacket wont zip, and this fits the bill perfectly

It is thin, and so not all that warm on its own below 0 F. But when the wind was howling up the ski lift it did its job. I also found that the condensation wasn't too bad, a definite bonus

It also really helps to warm up the light jackets/vests a few degrees

Good XC Helmet
4 5

Familiarity: I've used it several times

I picked this helmet up early this summer to replace my old road helmet. I like the construction, after several uses I'm not seeing any peeling from the plastic edge, or foam deterioration. It's pretty well ventilated; I rode most of the summer, and while a cool year, I didn't have any problems overheating. Fit wise it's one of the smaller profile
