Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Out of the box this boot feels amazing. The new liner is stiffer than the previous version and is capable of handling any ski in any condition. Full memory fit means the shell and liner mold to your feet. Grip Walk soles means you have to have an MNC or Gripwalk binding. I've been using this boot as my one and only boot for 3 years and it is absolutely the best fit and performance I have ever had. Yo have to spend another $800 to match the features this boot offers and even then, you will not find another boot in this category with the ability to do a full memory fit-the shell and liner mold to your foot which means wide feet can push the shell out from 98mm stock to 104mm. One of the best features of this boot is the fact that the shell and liner are 100% moldable using your foot. That means that funky foot issues can be easily addressed by taking this boot to a boot fitter and having them heat mold the shell and the liner to your foot. It can stretch from 98mm (stock width) to 104mm just by heating and using your foot to push the boot where it needs to be pushed. The boa system uses the strongest cable boa makes and follows their guidelines for implementing the BOA system. The uphill cuff ROM is not just about numbers but how it feels when you are hiking. You might as well have on a running sneaker because the uphill is effortless and the 110 flex provides plenty of performance for the downhill. I'd recommend this boot for someone looking for a good balance of light weight and performance with a ski as wide as 107 underfoot. It uses a touring sole so it's only compatible with tech bindings. I've pushed this binding really hard on skis as wide as 120 underfoot in firm and soft conditions. I've hiked long distances to huts and logged big vert. I cannot believe how simple and powerful the backland binding is. It performs like a heavier over engineered tech binding but weighs next to nothing. If you want simpole. strong reliability in the backcountry, then this is it. Find out more at https://shop.atomic.com/en-us/products/backland-tour-brake-ad0309.html

Incredibly tough, incredibly comfortable, built for long days and hard jobs. This is an expedition worthy upgrade from old school webbing. Heavy duty elastic webbing with reinforced end cap. Non-slip buckle and reinforced stitching, Scuff resistant and durable stretch tech webbing.

The vapor belt utilizes the strong and lightweight futureweave elastic hydrophobic fabric that is woven to add strength and 4-way stretch. The buckle is ultra low profile so it never digs in to your waist. I wear this belt all the time and especially enjoy it for golfing. It's 1.5" wide and fits up to a 40" waist.

Best Vision, Best fit, Best Goggle?

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Atomic developed FDL -fusion double lens for its world cup athletes that compete at the highest level of alpine ski racing. FDL molds 2 lenses together to create single lens clarity with zero dual light raftractions-those distorting light prizms you get with a standard double lens construction. Without the foam lens seal between the inner and outer lens, you get 20% greater field of vision, and no chance of fogging between lenses. Combined with the unique HD lens tint, you get the best clarity in nearly all light conditions without changing the lens. Tri-layer foam that instantly adapts to different face shapes and 8x more anti-fog treatment than industry standards and your left with possibly the best vision, fit and goggle for all day shredding. I've been using mine for 2 seasons and they are amazing. See better, ski better.

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Fit: Runs large
Height: 5' 9"
Weight: 157 lbs
Size Purchased: 32

FOX has never let me down and these shorts are worth every penny. Light, breathable, just the right amount of baggy and perfect fit. I'm 5'9 32 waist and the 32 fits well. Its a bit loose around the waist but its not like they are falling off me. Belt loops for my Arcade belt would make these shorts all time. Nice zippered flat pockets don't bunch or add extra bulk. The hem falls right in the middle of my knee pads. The stock liner is a big improvement from previous versions I've had but nothing compares to upgrading to a premium liner. Perfect length. I'm using these for XC & Trail riding.
