I have been buying soft shells for the past few years and felt a little like Goldie Locks. The mediums felt like they were too tight in the torso and neck while the arms were about the right length. The larges felt too large in the arms espcially. Well, I ordered up the sigma sv medium and everything fit perfect. If you are between a medium and large with shorter than normal arms, this is the jacket for you. Now comes the best part....frigging pit zips that zip when you need to a hood that fits over helmets and adjustable cuffs. Hands down for me the best softshell for iceclimbing and mountaineering. First time I used it on Mount Washington, 70 mph gust with -45 windchill made me giggle how comfortable I was. Love this shell, just wish it was made in Canada
