Familiarity: I've used it several times

I borrowed this PFD for a lake trip last year and I've been fighting with myself over purchasing one. I ended up buying an NRS one that was half the price and returning it immediately. Nothing can compare to how comfortable this PFD is and I love all the extra space in the pocket. It's worth the price.

Fit: Runs large
Height: 5' 6"
Weight: 135 lbs
Size Purchased: XS

I returned this shirt. It's cute, but even the XS is too large to be useful. The front cuts down low enough to show off my bra and I'm 5' 6" 140lbs which is hardly small. I might keep it if it were less expensive but I don't have much practice use for a shirt that is simultaneously provocative and sloppy.

Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

I ordered a few pairs of birkenstocks to see which ones I would like the best and these ones didn't make the cut. I really liked the luxurious feel of the oiled leather, but the narrow and soft footbed didn't feel quite right to me. I preferred the regular width, firm footbed pair with a toe strap to keep them secure. I can see why some people like the narrow footbed to keep them secure though.

Worth The Wait

I've been wanting to buy this sleeping bag for months, but it's been sold out everywhere, that's because this bag is the best. That being said, there is a small defect with the front face stitching that would have been caught with a better quality control process and the colors are not accurate. The interior blanket color for the red bag is a dark teal, not blue.

These bindings do a good job of combining downhill security and uphill maneuverability. The ability to ski in a solid alpine-style binding with DIN adjustment while using touring boots is incredible. I also love how comparatively light these bindings are, but I worry about their long-term durability. It seems like a lot of plastic that could break- time will tell. If you are used to a Dynafit-style pin binding, these will take some time to figure out and adjust to how they function, but it is well worth it. I imagine these are the beginning of a whole new class of bindings.

I've always appreciated the quality of Smith goggles, but the Chromapop technology, increased field of vision, and magnetic lens system put these goggles in a league of their own. The contrast created in low light is a game changer and the magnetic lenses make it super easy to switch out lenses. I have the Smith Vantage helmet, and these goggles fit seamlessly in it.

These liners are of the quality I would expect from Intuition. I made a mistake when molding them for the first time and put a fold at the back of my heel. I was able to reheat them and smooth out the fold to where it was imperceptible, a good sign for future molding as well. These liners were used to replace the factory stocked liners in a pair of La Sportiva boots, and the sizes matched up perfectly. They are a much more responsive and comfortable option for days in the backcountry.

For isolating injuries I like using the stylish colored tape, but for crack climbing gloves you NEED this tape. The colored and less expensive tape will roll up half way through your climb.

If you made a triangle diagram and put "Affordable", "Lightweight" and "Comfortable" in each corner this harness would land really close to the middle. That's exactly what I was looking for in a harness, which is why I rate it so high, but if you're looking for something extremely lightweight, or comfortable, or cheap, or good for ice climbing/trad I suggest you look at other harnesses. If you want a good sport climbing harness, this is the one you want. Bonus, the Black/Octane looks gooooooooooood.

If you love long, luxurious, hot showers this probably isn't the solar shower for you, but if you've wanted a solar shower for years and couldn't justify spending $30+ on a bag and a hose then this is the perfect compromise! It's super minimalist compared to the more expensive showers on the market, but the materials seem like they should hold up for a few years. For this price you can't justify smelling nasty on your extended camping trips anymore.

I bought these for my niece. They're not as thick as shoulder pads that you would find in your average backpack, but that's pretty par for the course with the minimalist designs of Fjallraven backpacks. They're a must have for any Kanken that you plan to use for books or laptops.

I bought this chair so I could recline and stargaze while camping. At first I was disappointed with how little the chair reclines while balanced , but I realized that I could flip the rockers around move the balance point forward so the chair would naturally recline back. I absolutely love this chair and when I showed my dad the first thing he said was that he wanted one for Christmas. It's a pricey chair, but in my opinion so worth it.

Fit: True to size
Height: 5' 6"

Size Purchased: 32x32

I bought these for camping, but I've started wearing them every day to work to keep warm. They're unexpectedly stylish, if you're into oversized work wear. My waist is about 28-29" and I'm 5'6 and I got the 3x32.

Whenever I wear this hat somebody makes a joke about how it looks like I'm prospecting for oil, but I'm pretty sure they're just jealous of how awesome this hat is. My sister requested I buy this for her for Christmas because she liked mine so much. It's the perfect fall/winter hat when you still need to keep the sun off your face.
