Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

These sunnies have gone with me everywhere for the past 5 years and I love them. They are super light and look great, and both stems can easily snap back on to the frames if you ever forget they are hanging around your neck while playing soccer. Hey, it could happen to anyone.

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Fit: True to size
Height: 5' 4"
Weight: 135 lbs
Size Purchased: Medium

These bibs aren't messing around. In my experience so far they are seriously water and wind proof. The full length zippers have proven very effective for venting on the uphill and for enabling quick bathroom breaks without having to remove lots of layers. I wasn't looking for pockets on my pants, so the small pockets (mentioned in a lot of reviews below) don't bother me. The fit of these is more oriented to an athletic stance, so I find they fit my legs even better when my knees are bent a little bit like they are in ski boots. I have rooms for a couple layers underneath (I get cold easily and usually need multiple layers to stay warm on resort days). I am especially looking forward to having these for spring skiing days!

These pants have the fashion and function part down, the only think that drove me to return them was looking for a different fit. They are pretty slim through the waist and thighs, and I think I would like to do a bit more layering underneath.

These pants seemed pretty great - the fit of the bib on my torso was just right and the length of the small was perfect for me (I'm 5'4"). I found the thigh fit to be a bit tighter than i was looking for; they pants have an awesome slim fit and it was more of personal preference that led me to keep looking for my perfect pair. It should be noted that the Red Dahlia color is deeper / richer than the photo above (not as hot pink in person).

Familiarity: I've used it several times

I've used these boots for touring and riding the resort - both cruising the groomers and sampling some epic Canadian powder - and I've been very happy to have them in all those situations.
In terms of fit, I usually wear a 6.5 and went with the 22.5, which was the right length and felt snug around the ankle, though not unbearable in any way. I could have just worn them out of the box and broken in the liner myself, but I decided to have the liners heat molded to my feet - which made these hands down the most comfortable boots I've ever owned. My feet feel supported, my toes stay warm, and I get to stay out on the hill all day.
I haven't had any trouble with the walk/ski switch, but I have been warned that it can break if the boots are slammed on their backs, so I would try to avoid throwing these too vigorously into the trunk at the end of a long day.

I've really enjoyed riding around on these. As my first pair of touring skis, they were delightfully light - good news for an uphill newbie like me! Though the west coast is admittedly starving for snow, they were just fine for a backcountry descent. The real treat for me was the first time I took them inbounds. For such a light ski they really hold their own on a groomer. In conditions that are pretty on par with east coast skiing they cut through the gunk to served up plenty of zippy turns. Fun fun fun!

I already have three pairs and still want more. I wear these in so many different situations - soccer practice, the beach, long hikes, and everywhere in between! Most recently I was hiking The Subway in Zion and we were in and out of the water all day; these shorts dried so quickly and kept me feeling comfortable all day. I wear the waist a little higher than I do in other athletic shorts and I feel like that makes the fit really work for me. Would absolutely recommend baggies

Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

Gave this to my dad as a Christmas present and he loves it. He reported back, "absolutely no waters getting in there". He has room for all his paperwork, as well as the ipad he carries for commuting. And as his fashion adviser, I have to say it looks waaaaay better than his last messenger bag.

These babies are my tried and true running partner. The Rides are so consistent version to version that when my Ride 8s finally needed replacing (after training for and running an ultra ragnar), I could order the same size Ride 9s online and take them out for a run the day they arrived. Same fit, same cushion, same ride. I wear a 6.5 in nearly every shoe and the 6.5 ride works great for me.
