Familiarity: I've used it several times

I have the previous model Copper Spur UL 3 - it has similar wideness 178 cm from both ends - for three adult middle size men it's really tight - of course you can sleep there but there is no one free centimeter. Big Agnes concept tp sleep as head-to-leg is not working in mountains - try to find a flat and absolutely horizontal surface for the tent - this is almost impossible, and it means somebody's head will be lower the legs. In this new model they made the special shape, which gives even less space.
Also it's interesting to compare the zippers in field - in new model all of them look much better.
But generally - BA Copper Sput amazing tent, super light, tested in heavy rains and winds of Siberia

I used the tent several times but really serious and hard challenges it passed just now in Sayan mountains in central Siberia.
The tent showed itself from all best sides - it is the lightest tent of this size. It can be easily set up by one person. I had some apprehension about the rain protection but the tent passed through really heavy rains without any leakages. The important point - the additional footprint - it is a must have thing.
The change in the tent "architecture" that I would wish - is to make the short upper pole little longer, may be 20-30 cm. - it will not increase the weight much but will give really more space for vestibules and avoid water drop directly to internal mesh when you open the rainfly.

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

This is really amazing backpack. I've used it for 12 days trip to Altay mountains in the South of Siberia. I'm 178 cm. and took XL and it fitted perfectly. The backpack is very roomy, it was filled for about 80% for entire trip (cloth, sleeping bag/pad, 3-person tent, personal belongings, food). The weight at the beginning was 25-30 kilo but the pack is so comfortable and distributes the weight so properly that I had no problems with that.
The is just one point Osprey could did better - front pockets: the volume of the pockets directs inside the backpack and when the backpack filled tightly it takes some space of the pockets that make the access to pockets not free as I wish. I would prefer to have these pockets "external".
