5 5

Familiarity: I've used it several times
Fit: True to size
Height: 6' 3"
Weight: 165 lbs
Size Purchased: Medium

Pros:
Sizing is perfect, big enough to fit plenty of layers in whatever configuration the day has for you, but still fitted enough to not look like you're wearing one of those inflatable sumo suits when it's hot.
Does great in the weather, protected well against wet and wind, and I usually wear another layer in the cold, but this did a great job of fitting well enough (ie: no gaps to the cold!) to not need the additional layer.
Pockets are real nice, higher up zippers with the deep pocket is a nice touch, thought it was going to be weird (I have another jacket with the mid torso pockets and they're super uncomfortable) but they're really nice.
All the features you need, none that you don't. You'd be underwhelmed if you need to store your phone, hand warmers, foot warmers, snacks, camera, extra goggles, map, walkie-talkie, car keys, and ski blades in it, but this jacket probably isn't for you.

No cons so far, jacket's been great.

Familiarity: I've used it several times
Fit: True to size
Height: 6' 3"
Weight: 165 lbs
Size Purchased: Small

Pros:
Lightweight and breathable for touring, but not so flimsy it's horrible for the resort in cold and wind (just add a baselayer).
Pretty good in all weather conditions. Resisted water, wind, and cold so far.
Very comfortable and move well for all phases of the ski day.
All the pockets are dope. Big enough to fit some small stuff, but not bulky. Zippers go the right way (Slider is on the outside of the pant when closed).
Skin holders, genius. It's the perfect mix of practical, gimmicky, and flashy.

Cons:
I found sizing to be a bit odd, medium was really big, small is closer to right but a little short (super skinny cyclist build. most normal people probably won't run into my sizing issue, but seems to be a flylow thing).
Straps tend to come unhooked when sitting down and letting them slack, would have preferred a snap to hold them on.

I searched long and hard for a good set of bibs, the baker was too bulky for touring, the norrana's were more than I wanted to pay, and a surprising amount of bibs don't have the kangaroo pocket, which lets be honest aside from keeping snow out of your butt is the only reason to get bibs. Got the email saying they launched this new line up and slammed that order button. Aside from some minor sizing qualms, I definitely recommend this.
