I bought to use in Moab Utah and was not disappointed the traction and toughness were perfect for the condition.

This is a great product fits and works as stated but would like to see a kit that comes with it to move the release handle toward the back to make it easier to reach when you want to lift it up or tilt it down.

Received the Dropper installed it on the bike and it worked a couple times then stopped working, emailed PNW with the problem I was having and within 5 min received an email back with steps to fix the issue and has worked great ever sense.
