The polyester is not only comfortable, but incredibly breathable. Sweat and odor hardly do anything to it, even during my longer shifts at the warehouse. I foresee a long and productive future with this shirt.

I am a fan of the G1000 fabric. The version of that fabric in this shirt is perfect for backpacking. It breathes, yet is comfortable at that pressure points of a backpack. I also like the button flaps under the arms. They open at the pits to reveal a soft mesh for more breathability. Awesome little feature. Fjallraven forever....

I have the Beta AR jacket, and was amazed at how bomb proof and yet breathable it was. I put it through the ringer this past winter. I loved it so much that I wanted to get the pants. They will be ideal for touring. But I am going to give them a go as a rain shell set for backcountry backpacking as well. They are perhaps heavy for that, but only relative to flimsier less bombproof stuff. I'll take that as a tradeoff anytime.

These shorts are really solid. They have just enough stretch that they are comfortable even when wet. I note that it may take some getting used to the lack of a button to tighten the waste. It is a lace to be tied up. But it works well. It is simply different. The color scheme and styling are unique, and I am a fan.

Flip flops dry your feet out, and expose your toes to unfriendly shopping cart wheels. Olukai are so comfortable, and they protect your feet at the same time. Plus they look great. I generally like to go with the heel up, in full shoe mode. Also, if you're ever on a long drive - comfortable! I highly recommend them.

I use them everyday walking around the construction site, and they are really comfortable and durable. I have heard that the boots run a little big but my feet are really wide so for me they are true to size. I haven’t found anything negative with these boots. I would highly recommend them.

I like how the Timberland brand has become iconic. They are great in the city with jeans, and equally good in the woods on a trail. The sole has excellent grip as well! Plenty of room if you have a wider foot.

The Keb pants are so comfortable on the trail, yet rugged at the same time. They run a bit small at the waist, so consider trying a size up. This might make sense if you ever want to go with a base layer as well. The knees are articulated, so they are easy to move in. But best of all, they breath really well. The blend of tough fabric as well as soft shell-style fabric where movement is key, is unique. I'm a fan.

I am into my second pair of these pants. The Vidda Pros have served well, in Alaska (the wild un-Homer side of Katchemak Bay), in the Wind River Range, and in Southern Utah. They are unbelievable tough, yet comfortable at the same time. I have noticed that over time they simply get more comfortable. Which is great, because they are very comfortable out of the box. I have experimented with the Greenland Wax, which is Fjallraven's product for waterproofing G1000 fabric. It is super easy to apply (rub onto the surface). I have used a blow dryer, and it immediately melts in. I mentioned bushcraft, because they literally are good in damp alders, that required machetes to clear (away from a cabin, not destruction for destruction's sake, mind you). I will add that they breath as good as one would expect for tough durable material. If you want to backpack for tens of miles at a clip, these would do it, if conditions demanded it. I love the cuffs at the ankle, which really eliminate the need for gaitors in the heavier stuff. I have snow shoed with these pants as well. And they are great - even when the tails flick snow onto the backs of your legs, they are sufficiently water resistant even without that wax. Plus they just kind of look cool. Different than other stuff that is out there. The go-to pants, especially for winter and the shoulder seasons.

This is a pure wool sweater, but not as thick as other Dale sweaters. I like it for that reason. It is the type of sweater that you can take on a transitional day and not have to worry about it lacking warmth in the cold, or causing sweat in the warmth. The cut is broad from the arms to the waist, but not baggy. It is very comfortable, but a long sleeve undershirt is good if you don't like the itch of wool. Of course if you don't like the itch of good wool, you probably are sweating things out in a cotton hoodie.

This sweater has warmth, but breathes. It is hard to improve on wool. It has mass, and is ideal in terms of fit. It is a versatile design that has matched well with jeans or slacks.

I have had other small day packs, including the REI Flash. They are light, and can hold gear. The problem? Over distances, all that weight (i.e.,2 liter water bladder), hangs, and pulls, on your shoulders. No hip or torso support whatsoever. The Deuter Airlite is a nice small day pack. But it has a great frame, that is still lightweight. It breathes, and has a great torso strap with mesh backing and pockets, that provides the support to hold water, that packs like the Flash simply lack. That allows for greater comfort for me over longer stretches of trail. Also, a huge unexpected plus: It comes with a nicely tucked away rain cover! How awesome is that.

Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

I ordered this pack for my mom's use at the Grand Canyon. Specifically, the wide space between the mesh back and the frame of the back will create some air flow in hot conditions. I know she loves the fit, and values the ability to carry enough water and sundries needed for a long canyon hike, that a fanny pack (her former go-to tote) cannot accommodate. But that comfort is only possible with the breathability and support of the pack.

I am impressed with the ease of changing out these lenses. Night skiing and late afternoon low-light skiing can be tricky, with changes in terrain. The low light lens that comes as an extra set is excellent for those conditions. The fit of the goggles is great, provided you have a helmet. I noticed the goggles, when pulled by the wider circumference of the helmet, created a tight (meaning really good) fit across my face. So glad for these goggles. No more fog, no more bumps "hiding in plain sight."

I've looked at this pack, and researched several other packs, for a long time. I have used other brands, and have been happy with them for years. But, when I loaded up the Kajka, and buckled in, I was amazed at its comfort. It provides great support from the hips. The hip belt is the key to this. I've learned a lesson over time: The lightest pack frame does not equate to the most comfortable load-bearing pack. The Kajka comes in on the heavier end of things, but I really don't care. Because fully loaded, it distributes weight so well. Another plus? It comes with a rain cover! Also, it's highly compressible, with even distribution, and even front panel loading. So goodbye to breathless dizzying searches for stowed gear deep in the pack at 10,000 feet!

The Keb stands out as the most comfortable piece of technical outerwear I've ever had. And it's aptly named. I intend to take the Keb to Kebenekaise next year. But beyond its namesake, it just works. It is well designed, and basically it screams for a backpack. I like its breathability, especially with the soft shell back panel. And the hood would take care of you on Tatooine...
