I can't believe no one has mentioned the cut of the chest. I wear a B-Cup and ordered a large and there is extra material that points out. It looks ridiculous. Aside from that the body fits okay and the arms a little big. Just an all around strange fitting coat.

If you look this coat up on the Canada Goose website you'll notice this coat is actually ranked to 14 degrees F. I live in Michigan where the temperature yesterday was 23 F but with the windchill it felt like 18 F. I had expectations of the coat holding up and sadly i was VERY disappointed. I went outside in it wearing a thick sweater and although my chest and back were warm my arms were very drafty. This was the first Canada Goose purchase I have made and I expected for the price for the coat to hold up in the temperate it was designed for. I'd also like to note i run warm - i am literally always hot and i was still cold in this jacket.
In summary, the coat is beautiful and very trendy however if you live in the northern US or places where things get moderately cold but VERY windy (Chicago) i would STRONGLY advise AGAINST this coat.

Size Purchased: large (I wear a 29 in pants and carry my weight in my midsection so I sized up to a medium to give me room with sweaters)

I first want to state i am someone who is always warm - seriously i am always sweating - and this coat left me freezing. It was 34 degrees this evening in Chicago (wind 10 mph) and within 5 mins of my evening walk i was cold. Note: i was wearing a long sleeve under my coat.
There are two issues with the coat:
1. The cut - it flares out at the bottom so wind very easily makes it's way up and chills your back.
2. The material - my arms and hands (no gloves just kept them in my pockets) felt a draft with the wind.

I really wanted to love this coat, it's not puffy and looks nice especially on my 5'2 frame however it just didn't do the trick. 34 degrees is mild for Chicago so needless to say this is getting returned asap. If you live in the Pacific North West where winters range in the 40's to 50's this may be the coat for you but strongly recommend you consider a different coat if you live in the midwest or upper east coast.

I'd like to note that my coat from last year was a North Face Miss Metro down parka and it always kept me comfortable. Hope that gives you all some reference!
