I love how MSR shaved weight by taking out material on the handle. The spork is still sturdy considering this aspect. Also, the ability to fold makes an awkwardly shaped object much easier to pack!

I nearly blinded myself while using this headlamp for the first couple times! I absolutely love the power tap feature on its side that instantly brings the headlamp to maximum brightness. Although a little bulky, this headlamp is great for nights spent in the mountains, especially in more rugged terrain.

This tape is tough and can withstand a lot of abuse before giving out. I usually get multiple sessions out of each glove I create. Also, this tape saves the day when a blister strikes! The added texture to the tape is also nice for creating some bonus friction on those jams.

I've been climbing in the Shaman for the last year and a half. I have an extremely wide foot making most climbing shoes a pretty tough fit but the Shamans are an exception. Its wide toe box makes such an aggressive shoe quite comfortable to wear. This shoe excels at climbing pockets, and edges on steep terrain, but it also does surprisingly well in cracks and slabs. Absolutely love it!

This pillow is extremely light and packs down well! Also, as an inflatable pillow it allows you to fine tune the firmness to your choosing. So much better than the makeshift pillows I've worked with in the past.

Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

I purchased the Luna Harness as a gift. Words from my sister: it is comfortable to wear for longer days on the wall but light enough to try some harder sport routes. The adjustable leg straps allow for a secure and snug feel. Overall this harness is wonderful but the cinching mechanism on the waist could be a little better.

I brought the cooler to the city of rocks for two days while there were highs of 85 degrees. I used five small ice packs which is on the lighter side but by the end of the trip they were all still frozen. It was great not having to worry about food spoiling or drinks getting warm. I was also able to carry the partially filled cooler by myself pretty comfortably but when fully loaded a friend might be needed to help. It was not tested by bears but it held off some aggressive chipmunks, seems totally indestructible!
