Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This is definitely a fun bike, I have about 50 miles on it from commuting to work to single track trail at the local park. It could use some better components here and
there for the price and I always enjoy a wider handlebar for better control and since it is not set up for cyclocross niner could add the width without any complaints. I had a Ridley previously and enjoyed riding it. I feel it was set up really well for cyclocross but not as enjoyable for random off trail and commuting. The RLT is great for everything I do , which only excludes actual cyclocross races. The biggest annoyance with the Ridley was the toe overlap with the front tire, the RLT does not have this problem, it rolls over every rocky patch and tree root I could find, over bumps and little jumps very comfortably. It has a great gear ratio for climbing and pulling kids in a trailer to picking up speed on the down side of the hill.
Overall a great bike and a good buy

Update review, drop 5 stars to 4 still a great bike, glad I have it. Don't like the brakes, tires and rims. . Should have better components for the price. I have put severl hundred miles on the bike as of now.
