Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I have used this for 6 months or so, It is GREAT!!! its seen lots of monkey bread, biscuits, and mountain man, and stews!!! It cooks a tad faster then the cast iron ovens, but this is no issue if your watching your food. I give it 5 stars, you can pack this in and cook a great meal on the trail. the nonstick is good, just scrap is down and boil some water and wipe it down.

Familiarity: I've used it several times

Used this stove this weekend, loved everything about it!! I'm a Scoutmaster, so on our canoe trips and other none Backpacking excursions I do alot of cooking for the other leaders. I have been looking for a compact unit for outings such as this, and this one fits the bill. This Jetboil and a Aluminum Dutch Oven and your good to go!!!

I cooked for a group of 5 this weekend, and no issues at all! non stick is really NONSTICK!! which makes cleanup a breeze. Eggs, sausage gravy, and sausage egg and cheese mix-up for tortillas. all cooked great! and the perk on the other burner for coffee.

Very easy!

Fit: True to size

After wearing out my Gear Expert Emily, I decided on these Chaco's. I ordered Keens, and Teva's before these and silently thought in my head that you would never catch me in a pair of "Those".... Well I'm now in a pair of "those" and after 2 days of wearing them around the house and out doing some town stuff. I have to say they fit great! look great and will fit the need I had for them, Canoeing, Kayaking and river walking. Thanks Backcountry for helping me out with this!
FYI, I wear a size 11 in hiking boots, and an 11.5 in running shoes, but with these I wear a size 10!

These are some of the best fitting shorts I own! Took them to the National White Water Center in Charlotte NC this weekend. They preformed flawless. The mesh inside pockets did great with water removal! Dried quick, and fit great! Awesome.

Did the Job.

These did the job for a weekend backpacking trip through creeks and streams. I had no foot issues, or blisters. we did about 10 miles. I do believe I got them to big, and that would be most of the issue with my foot moving on the foot bed so much. they are comfortable, more so dry then wet. I did like the leather/cork foot bed. I Really put them through the wringer on this trip. We went up inclines and declines, rock faces, and creeks and steams. traction on Granite rock faces is POOR! best to remove them if your walking up and down the rock face. As the soles are a harder rubber and really don't give you much traction.
