Mike Rwrote a review of Never Summer Legacy-R Snowboard on February 1, 2010
I have been riding the new Legacy all season after upgrading from my 2006 model.
It is a very versatile board, I have been using it across the entire mountain, even in the park more than a few times.
It is still a very stiff board, and is more at home in the powder. Because of how stiff the board is I would also not recommend it to anyone worse than a solid intermediate rider. It would make a terrible board to learn on.
The R.C. Tech is super solid. It took a little getting used to, but t preforms as well or better than any cambered board, and much better than any true banana shape due to the increased stability of the cambered tip and tail. It floats really well in the soft stuff, but also cuts through ice and heavy wet snow.
I would recommend to anyone who is past the basics, who can take it where it belongs (blacks, double blacks, bc) and needs a super solid, snowboard.
