I purchased the size Med and Large as while my dog weighs 50 lbs, he's a very lanky, skinny dog and is kind of in between sizes on everything. I ultimately chose to keep the size large for him.

I'm very impressed by the quality of these jackets and the amount of adjustments you can do!

Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

The Mountainsmith K-9 cube is a really great bag. It's perfect for day trips or short overnights. If you wanted to go for a longer trip, you might want to consider purchasing the Ruffwear Haul bag as it holds quite a bit more stuff, (enough for several days +). I ultimately returned the Mountainsmith bag for the Ruffwear Haul bag as I wanted a bit more space, but if you're looking for a good day bag, or short trip bag, this is a nice purchase.

I originally purchased the Mountainsmith K-9 Cube (1600 cu.) I like that bag a lot, but I purchased the Ruffwear Haul bag to compare, as I wasn't sure I liked the vertical shape of the Mountainsmith K-9 Cube. The Ruffwear Haul bag seems much roomier, and seems like you can store quite a bit more stuff than the Mountainsmith K-9 cube. I'm returning the Mountainsmith K-9 cube.

Fit: True to size
Height: 5' 5"
Weight: 145 lbs
Size Purchased: Medium

I LOVE these Merino wool leggings. I purchased them to wear under snow pants/pants for hiking/snowshoeing/freezing cold dog walks.

They've held up well and keep me so warm without overheating me. Seriously worth the money and I would totally buy them again.

I'm a pretty standard size 6 in women's clothes and the medium fit me perfectly!

I haven't rode in these shoes yet, but I liked them so much out of the box that I wanted to share my initial impressions, (I'll update my review once I put some miles on them.)

Initial impressions:

* I love the boa system

*They're very comfy right out of the box

*They are sooo cute, and have lots of flair with the teal and hot pink Velcro accents

*The reflective black piping/accents are not only super ample, but nice and covert. (These are my new commuter shoes so I'm VERY stoked on the amount of reflectivity they have!)

I've got wide, flat feet and these seem to be plenty roomy for my feet. Seem to run true to size, (I'm a solid size 40.)

Can't wait to rock these!!!

I purchased the previous version of this shoe and beat the crap out of the shoes. They held up so well and fit me so well that I decided to purchase the updated version of my old shoes.

I haven't worn the new pair of shoes yet, but I can say that right out of the box they had the same great fit that my old shoes did, so I doubt I'll have any problems with them. If I do, I'll come back and update my review.

I have wide feet, with pretty flat arches and these shoes work great for me. I did change the insoles of the shoes, but that's because my poor fallen arches need a bit of support. I'm a solid 40 in cycling shoes and these fit very true to size. I've used the original version of these shoes for cyclocross, Road Riding, MTN Biking and commuting and they've been great across all platforms.

Happy riding out there.

Worth every penny!

Familiarity: I've used it several times

I ordered the Approach and the Palisades dog packs as I wasn't sure which one would be best. I am actually returning the Approach bag, but I have to say it's not because it isn't a great bag.

Reasons why the Approach bag is great:
*Cute color!!!
*It holds a ton of stuff, (about the same volume as the Palisades)
*The same sturdy harness system as the Palisades
*Same great quality and construction as the Palisades
*Same great reflective piping as the Palasades
*Two nice storage sections per bag
*Same great fit and lots of adjustability as the Palasades

Why I chose the Palisades dog bag over the Approach:

1) I'm a gear/tech junky and I super love that you can remove the bags from the harness (The bags don't come off the Approach.)

2) I live in the PNW, where it rains literally 8 months out of the year, so the water proof zippers are a suuuper nice bonus, (though ruffwear does make a nice waterproof cover you can put over the Approach pack.)

3) I love that the Palisades has an extra interior pouch that you can put the water pouches in (The Approach does not come with two water pouches for your pooch like the Palasades does.)

Honestly, I think both the Palisades and the Approach packs are really great bags and you can't go wrong with either of them, I just love the ability to remove the bags from the harness and love the water bottles/water bottle pouches.

I purchased the size medium and small to try on my 50 lb pit/boxer/something mix as he's sort of between sizes being a leggy, skinny boy who isn't muscled like the average pit. The small fit, but didn't leave any room for my two year old to grow as the stomach straps were maxed out. The medium allowed for ample room for him to get fatter, or possibly fill out more, (he's two.) I kept the size medium.

We've been on three walks that had weight in the bags and the bag stayed in place very well, and my dog seems to be pretty excited about putting the pack on each time!!!
