This is a one of a kind piece. Insulated with new featherless insulation, it's just as warm as down, but is a synthetic insulator. Not only that, it's a beautiful jacket. Heathered, soft, waterproof face fabric, with magnetic buttons down the front and on the top flap hand pockets. There is also a side entry hand pocket under them! The faux fur around the hood can be removed if it's not your style. This is a show stopper jacket!

This jacket is so rad. Not only is it Gore-tex and insulated, it's so cute to boot! I love the length (a tad longer than most ski jackets) so it covers my butt a little. The color blocking is cool too, something different than what you normally find. This comes with all the bells and whistles too - pit zips, helmet compatible hood, lots of pockets. I have the Urban Army colorway and can wear it with black pants or hot pink pants. This would also go with a nice black/white print pant if you had one. Stoked on this jacket!

This vest is perfect for literally everything. I wear mine at least 5 days a week, over a flannel in my office, over my baselayer for skiing, as my jacket on a cool day. A great price for a high quality 600 fill down, water resistant vest. The fit is fantastic and the colors are popping. You can't go wrong here, it'll be something that gets used a lot!

This jacket is the bomb! A killer 600 fill down jacket for only $175! This is such an upgrade to the Jena - fit, quality, style and price. If you are looking for an everyday down sweater jacket or a perfect mid-layer for skiing, this is your jacket. The style has been improved from the Jena, nicer fit around the body, a nice hem detail on the bottom, smaller baffles on the side to give shape, and still quality 600 fill down that has been treated with down defender - a water resistant, environmentally safe coating on the feathers. You can't go wrong with this jacket!

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Fit: True to size

Size Purchased: Medium

This jacket is one of my "go-to" items for the winter. I wear the Ama Dablam all winter - from late fall to early spring. The weight is perfect for a variety of weather changes. I wear it as my outer jacket in shoulder seasons, as a midlayer on super cold, wet days and just around town all the time. I love the honeycomb baffles as well, I get compliments all the time! In response to reviews that the feathers come out, I haven't experienced that at all. Because this is an 800 fill down, it is higher quality down and contains less "feathers" than a 600 fill, it will have more of the under feather down. Marmot does extensive down testing and review, so this 800 fill is at least that much, likely a bit higher. I've washed this jacket a handful of times and it perks the down right back up.

This is a fantastic jacket. Not only is it super warm, but it fits like a glove. I'm typically between a small and medium and I went with medium which was a good choice. It is so warm but not only that, for being so puffy, it really flatters your lines. The shirt cut on the bottom gives a little extra flair and the hood is nice and deep. I highly recommend this jacket!

This jacket is the kind of item you pick the rest of your clothes to go around. It fits like absolute perfection, hugging the right curves while giving you length and slimness. I love the high collar zipped all the way up for some cleanliness but it also folds down quite nicely. The fabric is heavier so it can be a nice shoulder season jacket or a sweatshirt in the winter. The feel on the inside is soft and fleecy. Every time I wear this jacket I get a compliment. Truly beautiful.
