McKensee Harris's Bio

Utah is my homeland. Fluffy powder gets me giddy yet i'm always trying to escape to the desert. Summers you can find me on Colorado rivers on a raft or with a fly pole in my hand. I'm always finding any way to get out to nature and try new things.

There are so many good things about this jacket. I like how slim it fits with a smaller waist while still being comfortable and having room for layering. The side zipper on the left opens all the way to the armpit and combines use with the underarm zipper vent. This function makes putting on and taking off the jacket a breeze. The chest pockets are my favorite functional feature with solid zipper closures you can have all the necessities close and secure. The outside pocket is the perfect size for a ski pass and the inside pocket is big enough to fit my phone.

I've used this jacket for a typical chilly day on the hill and layered it with a small long fleece. It has some insulation but it is minimal so this combination has kept me warm. The length of the jacket is a plus for this reason.

Arcade belts are a must have. The stretch in the belt keeps your pants up with the perfect fit all day long. Also, no more need for punching a new belt hole when you've gained or lost a couple of pounds. The arcade belt adjusted even the smallest amount and stays where it has been set to. They provide the flexibility to stretch the waist instead of unbuckle if you need to escape quickly as well.

Great colors, and prints. Two different sizes (this fits every pant of mine no problem).

Definitely recommend these.

I typically wear a 12 in pants but like all other Prana pants, I sized down to 10 and glad that I did. I love the detail in the knee on these! They have a snug fit without being uncomfortable and fit with a low waist cut. One of my favorite pairs of pants!

***Update***

The Olive color of these pants became a staple of my closet so I just picked up a black pair too. I'm excited to be able to pair this color with more items in my closet!

This jacket is very long.. However that is perfect for sitting on chairlifts, bus stops, etc. Very waterproof! Slimming, the chest pockets are small but the bottom pockets make up for it. I got the magenta color and it does look slightly darker than the picture.

What a fun print! I got the Night color and am in love with it! The elbow patches are a fun touch and the turquoise really sticks out. This does not have any insulation but I use it as more of a pairing piece than something to keep me warm so it fits well!

This is a go-to tank for me. I seriously wear it till it stinks and the material is so fabulously soft and moisture/stink wicking that I get to wear it all the time! The back is pretty with the straps across the shoulders and the fit is just right. I'll be ordering more in different colors soon!

These 12's are just the amount of din adjustment I need as an intermediate skier. I feel more comfortable on the pivot system that I am not going to pre-release or destroy my knees. They're pretty light, easy to get into and out of. I'll never stray too far from this binding!

I downsized a full size from my street shoe in these as I usually do in snowboard boots and they've fit well all winter! The cloud 9 liner is comfortable and have held up to 60+ days this winter. Fast lace system is still doing well after a season of use. My calfs however are almost too big for the liner to velcro all the way.

These are my go to layer for a snow day above freezing. They're comfy enough to lounge around the house and the wool doesn't itch me. The band is similar to the icebreaker boy short underwear I own and is a little tight but not uncomfortable.

I havent spent more than $20 for a pair of sunglasses until these and i'm mind blown at what i've been missing! The color is so fantastic, these are comfortable and don't give me a headache from squeezing too tight. They're perfect for high and mid light days. You can see slightly through the glasses, but they still have great protection.

***Update***

I've fallen so in love with these glasses that after loosing them on the ski hill and buying another then losing those at the takeout after boating I missed them so much I bought a third pair. They're worth it! The vision they give is protective from the sun, yet doesn't feel like you have glasses on at all!

This has been my go-to beanie this winter. Its lightweight so when I'm indoors after the hill I can keep it on. Durable material so far, its stretchy but hasn't gotten too loose yet. I've got to get another!

This is essential for mid winter, miserable, cold days. Its my go-to in anything lower than 32 degrees. I don't notice an itch from the wool but I usually don't with any of my other merino layers. I did get a small hole in the leg when I tried to pull it up higher and it has now stretched to a large hole. No big deal, but kind of annoying. That is the only reason for four stars instead of five.

This little guy is smell proof and fits everything needed for a quick meeting. Small enough to not bulge in my pockets and easy to find in my purse. The container inside is removable if you need to take it elsewhere. I want to gift these to all my friends now!
