I bought specifically for the pistol grip and foam extension at the bottom. When I opened the box there was no pistol grip to be found. Super disappointed. I’ll be returning these.
NRS has a come a long way since the first suits they made. I've had my Pivot Drysuit for a full season of Northeastern US paddling and I absolutely love it! I had been using a front entry suit from another manufacturer for a few years and I have been so happy to return to a rear entry. Contrary to what some people think I am able to get it zipped and unzipped unassisted. The fabric seems to strike the perfect balance between durability and breathability. After a full season of use my feet are still dry after a full day, and don't have any water pooling in the elbows like I've had in suits from other manufacturers after similar use. I'm 5'8 170 lbs. and I chose a Medium, which fits great.
