Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
Fit: Runs large

I have a hard time with fit. Measured with a Brannock Device https://brannock.com/ I am exactly 12.5 which is a very hard to find size.
Ordered a 12 based on their sizing guide and the length was perfect so I am going to say these run large.
Unfortunately (for me) , they are narrow in the forefoot and the foot bed was kind of weird, not enough arch support so I sent them back.

Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
Fit: Runs small
Height: 6' 2"
Weight: 198 lbs
Size Purchased: TIR

Huge Assos fan. Was really looking forward to this jacket but unfortunately it is tiny.
I have several pair of Assos bib shorts, knickers and tights size xl. I also have several pair of their socks and gloves in the largest sizes and they just barely fit. Read that this jacket runs small so got the TIR and it is still too small. Too short and too tight in the arms, shoulders and chest. There is no way I could layer anything under it.
FWIW I am 6-2, 198, 48 chest, 36 waist.

Fit: True to size

But I have two comments.
One, I wish they were warmer. There really isn't that much to them and winter riding in Maine is wicked frio.
And 2, Assos has the most wasteful and extravagant packaging I have even seen. Page upon page of glossy advertising, frippery and dodads I'll never use all packed up in a box four times the necessary size.
Right straight into the recycling bin.
What a waste.
