I’ve used this shirt for working out, running and climbing and it’s great on all fronts. I’m sure it’ll be great for any athletic activity. I’m 6’1” 190 athletic build and the large fits me well.The only gripe I have is that it tends to get staticky, making it a magnet for pet hair but that’s pretty common with this type of sweat wicking material

I use them mostly for running and climbing and they have been great for both. Keeps everything where it should be and highly breathable. Quality is superior to the Under Armour pair i have as it should be given the price.

The legs do tend to run up a little but not a dealbreaker by any means. I’ll be buying more.
