Lightweight. Technical. I am 6’ 184 lbs, athletic build, size 32 jean (measured waist is 35” on tape), and am always between a M and L. The Large is on the big side. It works fine for me and length is good. But waist belt is all the way cinched and I still have a bit of room. Overall I’m very happy with this pant. Side zippers would be a nice feature but would obviously add weight.

Familiarity: I've used it several times
Fit: Runs small
Height: 6' 0"
Weight: 183 lbs
Size Purchased: Large

I am always between size M and L, sometimes even within brands. I am 6’ 183 lbs, size 32 jeans, and the Large fits perfectly. It’s form fitting as it’s supposed to be but not too tight by any means. Length of torso and arms are perfect.

Is lightweight and warm. Moves well. This is a very good piece if you’re specifically looking for a Mtn garment without a hood. I have used this on approach on cool spring days at Smith Rock, and with climbing itself. Very nice jacket.

I would buy one with a hood if given the opportunity.

My jerk friend, who is a DH rider, made me get these, but I am XC rider--he didn't explain to me the weight and I was too much of a noob to ask. The tire is bomb proof. But each one weighs over a kilo. I'm riding on lots of lava rock in Central Oregon region. I'm going to keep this tire on because of how amazingly grippy it is as well as its durability. But I wouldn't recommend doing an XC race with them.

This is a good jacket. It is quite a bit lighter/thinner than I was expecting, though it is warm for it's weight.

I've used the jacket xc skiing in Maine in single digits, only atop a thick baselayer and it is the perfect temperature for that high-level of activity--not too hot or too cold.

The hood is a great bonus, easily adjustable and well-constructed.

In my opinion this jacket is a bit overpriced, but I do like it and I'm sure I will not be needing another one for at least a decade.
