Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

If you're like me, you might be a serial sunglasses murderer. I've never been a huge fan of wearing sunglasses.. I've always felt like they inhibit more of my sight than they should (please say I'm not the only one). I also just have the hardest time keeping track of sunglasses or keeping them scratch-free. Maybe it's because I have never really had a pair of sunglasses I loved, so I don't care to take good care of them. This habit has deferred me from buying more expensive sunglasses, like Ray Ban. The price point on these are right in the spot where I wanna take care of them but it also wouldn't be the end of the world if I misplaced or damaged them. So far I haven't had a single scratch (I'm clumsy and drop them a lot, fall off my head, etc.) and they are safely in my possession, in my car (I think lol). Gotta add that I do love that these are polarized, can wear these on the river look like I have a little bit of style instead of wearing the typical polarized dad sunglasses that you normally find at a gas station or fly shop. All in all, I'm sold on Sunski and would definitely buy these again when I lose them, which is inevitable.

I was super stoked to use this pillow but I found it to leak pretty bad. I probably had to re-inflate maybe 3 times throughout the night. Maybe I got a defective one?

Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

My friend, who has never climbed before, tried these out and she loved them! Didn't find them uncomfortable at all. She had an awesome time climbing for her first time an the shoes definitely helped. I always tell first-timers to just "trust the shoe" and these didn't let her down. Also, size up!

I LOVE this hat for when I go on long weekend adventures where I won't be washing or brushing my hair for a few days. No matter how greasy, tangled and smoke-soaked my hair is, I throw this hat on and I look like a Pinterest Qweeeen. This field hat will make any dirty granola look like they have their life together in .2 seconds. Would recommend to my mom, brother, grandma, cousin twice-removed, and dog... basically everyone.

This down blanket is so nice to take camping on those warmer nights. In the summer the last thing I want to do is climb into my mummy bag. I'll lay on top of my sleeping bag and just throw this on top of myself. Also great to keep in the car when you need a snooze on long road trips.

I got to take out this bad boy in Moab. Tried it out on the Ramblin' Trail. This was my first time EVER mtn biking. Not gonna lie, the slick rock was a little terrifying, but it handled beautifully. Great suspension. My favorite feature was the dropper post. I don't think I would have survived without it. I really would love to take this bike out again on a more mellow trail around SLC.

Ever since I started climbing, about 7 years ago, I had been using at old Singing Rock harness given to me by a friend (I do not recommend using aged hand-me-down harnesses... but a dirtbag has gotta do what they gotta do right?). Now I finally have an comfy harness with "updated technology'. I can't believe how light it is. You can hardly tell you are wearing a harness. I am 120 lbs, size 25-26 waist and have a size S. The XS was a little too tight.

I am surprised how comfy these are for being slightly aggressive. These are my first BD shoe. I haven't tried these outside yet, but they performed great at the gym. You will ABSOLUTELY need to size up a full size, maybe even a size and a half. I think my La Sportivas are 7.5 and I had to get these in an 8.5. BD is still pretty new to the shoe game so the sizing is a bit all over the place.

I am so excited to get these boots into the Wind Rivers this summer. My first impression was that they were super comfy and I couldn't believe how light they were! Love that they provide style and function. I normally wear a size 7.5 in most shoes. The 7.0s fit absolutely perfect, with room for thick socks.

I am so happy I finally have a pair of properly fitting Chacos! For the last 4 years I have been wearing a size 8 Z/2 (mom didn't like them so she gave them to me). I disliked the toe strap so I would just step on it. With the combo of that and the size too large they fit way too loose. I am happy to have the Z/1 in a size 7! I wear them everyday!

I love this simple pullover. It's super light and the fabric is so soft! I even got a compliment on it the first second I pulled it on, during a camping trip over the weekend! Good job Patagonia.

Desert Vibes

I ordered the desert/botanical print. It's pretty simple to set up and can be done by one person (and I'm a somewhat small gal). After setting it up I realized just how big it is! It's a 3-person but I know I could comfortably fit a 4th! I took this to Zion and if I had a dollar for every compliment on got on this tent, I could buy another one. Fit me, my mom, and aunt comfortable will lots of extra wiggle room. One of my favorite purchases from Backcountry.

I was so excited to get this pullover. Unfortunately, the fit just didn't look good on me personally. Seemed to be really baggy/puffy in the shoulders and made me look "frumpy". The fabric was really soft and nice though! I wish it would have worked for me.

This was my first time ever wearing bibs. I am sold. They are so cute and it's nice knowing you won't get any snow in your pants! Maybe it's just me, but I wouldn't recommend wearing an anorak with bibs.. it makes using the restroom quite the hassle. I was looking for some bibs/pants that would fit slim on my legs and the XS looked great! I was surprised the XS fit me, I have a 26ish inch waist and about 37 inch hips. I'd really love to try some of the other Flylow bibs!

Familiarity: I've used it several times
Fit: True to size
Height: 5' 4"
Weight: 125 lbs
Size Purchased: Medium

This is the first anorak I have ever tried... I am a fan! I love the 'kangaroo' pouch, it's so convenient for quick access to my phone when I want to take a photo or video. It's also nice to throw some glove liners in there to keep handy! I got the toucan print in a medium. I'm pretty small, but I went with the medium to go for a more oversized look! Kept me pretty toasty, even for just a shell. If anyone is considering trying an anorak I would absolutely recommend this one!

I started out snowboarding with these bindings... That was back in 2013. Loving the new Lexa bindings. I've used these with the Lipstick, Day Trader, and Talent Scout. There is one thing though... I am not sure if it's my Vans boots or the Lexa bindings, but in both the new and older bindings, my boot seems to fit a little TOO snug making it not so easy to get my boot out. I think it might be the boots more so than the bindings. That's my only complaint but doesn't bug me too much. I recommend these bindings to every lady that comes to be looking for suggestions. I'll be riding these bindings forever!

I'm 5'4" and rode a 146. I paired it with the new Lexa bindings. Took this board up night riding at Brighton and it was ok. It's not a bad board by any means, but it wasn't as fun as I was hoping. Not super responsive and experienced some chatter on the icy snow you'd expect to get night riding. I wish it had just a little bit more flex. Took me a second to get the flow of the board. As I said, by no means is this a bad board. I would definitely reach for my Burton Lipstick first. I think this would be fun in the park, but I broke my back and severely sprained my ankle 6 months ago, so none of that for me... yet. With that said, if I can ride this board with an injured back and ankle and still enjoy my time on the mountain, anyone can.
