Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I took this down to Moab this weekend, and I was impressed right away. I have another Petzl headlamp, but I am always adjusting it to fit on my head with a hat, without a hat, with a helmet, etc. Needless to say, I was excited to have an auto-adjusting device, and the Petzl Tipka didn't disappoint.

Pros:
Light
Bright
Adjustable
GLOW IN THE DARK. The headlamp glows (when it's off) so it's easy to find in your pack, etc. A killer extra feature that shows Petzl's dedication to innovation and functionality--very impressed.
Price

Cons:
Slips off ... When I was going sans hat or helmet, I found that it would sometimes slip off my head/hair. Maybe my hair is just silky smooth and this is user error (kidding). In all serious, though, I would be a bit worried about having this slip off when I was climbing or doing another activity.

All in all, this is a rockstar device at an amazing price.

I tried this out sport climbing this weekend, and I was impressed!

As Karsyn mentioned, it is a bit bulkier than some other PAS on the market, so that can take some getting used to. It is really fast to adjust, though. I would leave it fully extended and it was lighting quick to adjust--and with one hand!

For a normal day of sport climbing, I might still stick to a Metolius Alpine PAS and a draw, as that's what I'm used to. However, for a long, multi-pitch day, this will be my new go-to device.

I purchased this to wear over leggings and jeans, and it's great for both applications.

The color on the site was accurate to what I received, and the comfort of the jacket is unsurpassed.

I have a short torso, and the fleece hits at the perfect place on my hips. If I had a normal or long torso, though, I think this jacket would be too short on me.

The person that said diamonds are a girl's best friend clearly never saw me in Birkenstocks.

In all seriousness, these are amazing. I'll wear them to the farmers market, to the movies, on a hike, out on the town. I, admittedly, have even worn them on runs when I've forgotten my running shoes.

If you're looking for a go-to sandal that'll accompany you on any journey - you need these Birkenstocks.

I'm a women's size 8 to 8.5 in shoes, but I wear a 38 in these (not a 39, as the size chart suggests).

Size: I went with the size chart and ordered a size small (us dress 4-6). This product runs true to size, so just look at the size chart and you'll be good to go.

Fit: The fit of this is super flattering and the sleeves are the perfect length (on me, at least).

Use: I could use this for everything! Perfect to wear over gym clothes to dress them up, easy to wear over jeans for a casual dinner.

Quality: I haven't used it too much, yet, but I think it'll hold up really well as time goes on. Also, with a limited lifetime warranty, it's clear B and R stands behind this product!

I bought this dress for everyday wear, and I love it. I'm normally a US dress size 4-6, which is a small, according to the size chart, and it fits perfectly!

Pros:
The fit is super flattering.
The print is adorable/the overall color is very nice.
It's long enough to be worn to various occasions, but cute enough you don't feel like you're all covered up.
It's SO comfortable.

If you're looking for a dress that can transition between seasons, is comfortable and is super flattering, this is the one!

I use this bed for everything! My dog can be found lounging on it under my desk, in the car, on the trail - literally, everywhere.

It seems to be a really good quality and the microsuede offers a bit of comfort for your fur-friend. I'm not so sold on the double density thing. The two sides of the pad do seem to differ, but if I want to flip over the pad, I'd take away the comfy mmicrosuede... I guess you could take the internal pad out and flip it based off what support you want to give your dog on any given day, but that seems a bit silly, to me.

Lastly, this is a thick and supportive bed. It's more expensive, but I believe the quality is superior for the price.

I take my fur-friend on almost every outdoor adventure I go on. We're always outside together, so I don't spare any thought or expense when it comes to gear for her.

The Ruffwear Bivy Dog Bowl is hands-down one of the best things I've purchased for her. They're lightweight, so I don't mind adding them to my pack (she can also carry them in her saddle bags), and they're collapsible for optimum packing.

If you get outside with your dog, make sure you're prepared. I always carry extra dog food and water and two Ruffwear Bivy Dog Bowls for my gal.

Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

A few weeks ago, my friends invited me to their house for dinner. It was a dirtbag's dream: Pillsbury pizza dough and some cheap toppings. When it came time to cut our gourmet 'za, my friends struggled over and over again to cut it with one of their dull knives. So, I decided that they needed the MSR Alpine Kitchen Knife.

Outcome: they love it! They use it indoors and outdoors and say that it's sharp, lightweight, and an all-around awesome knife.

Metolius makes rockin' products (pun intended), and this tape is no exception. Sticky and strong, I use it to make impromptu crack climbing gloves/protect my tendons when they're not feeling up to holding my body up for hours on end.

Simple and inexpensive - a great addition to any rack.

Suitcase Dog!

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I have used this item for every activity, from walks around the neighborhood to backcountry skiing. Its intended use was for more serious outdoor endeavors, but I love it so much, it comes on every outing.

The item runs true to size. My mini aussie is about 25 lbs and 18" tall, and she wears the size small. I tighten the straps all the way, and it's the perfect fit. I thought about getting an xs, but I figure she'll only grow, so I decided that the small would work.

I LOVE that the leash attaches to this harness between my dog's shoulder blades - if I need to give her a yank, I'm not pulling on her throat. I also really like the handle feature, which you can see utilized in this photo. Perfect if you need to grab your dog quickly.

If your fur-friend is your favorite outdoor partner, take care of them - get them a secure harness. Great gear isn't just for humans!

I bought these pants to wear climbing / out on casual evenings.

First, they are so comfortable! I can climb in them with ease, and they look great when I'm climbing, too. Really good quality and the color has stayed through a few washes.

If you need a pair of casual pants that have a great fit and will last for years to come - the Halle is the way to go.

This coat looks long, but it's more of a hip cut. I bought it hoping it would go slightly below my hips, so I was disappointed.

Otherwise the quality and fit worked, I was just looking for something a bit different.
