Lisa Edlund's Bio

I can't get enough of time spent outdoors. Salt Lake City is the perfect place for this and thankfully this is where my parents raised me, and I currently live. I love getting out in the Wasatch, skiing, hiking, climbing, or just sitting by a mountain stream. Most of the time, I have one or all three of my kids joining me. I love camping, and backpacking all over the Western US but prefer staying in Utah, either the Uinta Mountains, or Southern Utah Redrock. I am an avid backcountry and alpine skier. I taught skiing at a local mountain for 13 years before moving to a desk job here at Backcountry.com

This tank is awesome and made with a super soft, quick drying fabric that does not wrinkle. There is a back detail that is really nice as well. I have a longer torso and find this to be longer on me.

I love this bra. It is really comfortable and quick drying. I ordered a L for 36 C and it offers moderate support but not enough for running. It includes removable pads that come out pretty easily.

I love Hydro Flask gear. I purchased this rather large bottle for my son who was working construction in Southern Utah in 115 F heat over the summer. This kept his water cool all day. Really durable as it definitely took a beating and the color has not scratched at all. The loop handle makes it easy to carry around. It is too heavy for hiking but great to keep around camp or in your car for after activities.

I love the Kamala and find it great for travel. When worn as a skirt is is pretty long but you can fold over the waist to shorten it up for two looks. When worn as a dress it is really cute but not extremely supportive for over a B chest so having a bikini top or strapless bra handy may be nice! Washes well and doesn't wrinkle easily.

Very flattering for a one piece. It has nice coverage up top so perfect if you have a larger chest. The strap pulls through the the entire front of the top so there is a lot of adjustability. I have a longer torso and ordered a Large which fits great.

This is a great top. The adjustable tie straps on the back are really comfortable and move with your body so great for activities. I have a Large and there is plenty of coverage for 36 C chest. The wider band also adds support and comfort.

showering in the backcountry has been one of my favorite outdoor activities since i was a kid. I grew up using the heavy duty sunshowers which are great and heat up water fast. this is a super packable and light weight option for backpacking or when you are limited on space. It does take a little longer to heat than the ones with a clear side but still adequate. camping and backpacking does not have to mean itchy dirty bodies. much like the first civilized meal after days in the backcountry a shower in the woods is better than any other.
