I got these to replace the cheap plastic pedals that came on my bike. As a new rider I'm not sold on clipless yet but I wanted a pedal that wouldn't allow my foot to slip off like on the plastic ones. I made the right choice! The pins are super sharp which isn't great when you hit your shin but awesome while you're riding. They're not too heavy and have made me feel tons more confident on the bike. Bonus points because they're way thinner than I expected!!

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Fit: Runs large

I have 3 other pairs of Speedcross 3's and finally decided that I needed a weather resistant pair for the winter, I'm still new to running. I wore these on my easy mid week run because it was warmer than usual and I knew the trails would be super muddy. I immediately started to hate them and wound up cutting my run short my nearly 2 miles. They're quite a bit larger than my other speedcross in the same size (not a full half size but significant enough) and are uncomfortably stiff throughout the entire shoe and sole. My feet and ankles were sore for several days after the run.
I'm going to try using them a few more times with the hopes that they break in a bit.

Well first off these look awesome and the weird kind of contouring pattern is surprisingly flattering. With that being said the fit is a wee bit off for me but not so off that I don't want to wear them. The legs fit perfectly, as tight as my lululemon leggings do, but the waist is super big. If I had to run in these I feel like I would be pulling them up a lot so I'm going to stick to climbing and lifting for now and leave the running to Lulu! I will for sure be purchasing a few more pairs of Teeki leggings!

These pants have all the features you might be looking for in a winter pant! The gaiters and crampon guards are awesome! My only real complaint is the fit. I got a small and they fit well in the leg and for sure could not be any shorter but they're super baggy in my hips, butt and waist (I'm 5'8" ~120lb). Totally unflattering but with that said when I'm out in the winter I'm not trying to impress anyone, the built in belt saves the day!

Okay I'm not gonna lie I totally got this biner for my keys because it's blue and has a goat on it and I wanted to show off my Backcountry pride... But, it is doing a fantastic job of keeping my keys on my belt loop all day long. Easy on easy off no complaints!!!
In all seriousness though, I am a big fan of the inferno and have quite a few on alpine draws. I like the size of the biner and feel like its a bit more ergonomic than a lot of other wire gates.

I won't lie, I didn't have super great expectations with these approach shoes from Adidas but I figured I would give them a shot because I love my Adidas hiking boots. They're fantastic! I was super surprised to find that I love these shoes. the rubber is sticky and the shoe is stiff enough for me to climb easy rock routes in and they're plenty comfortable! The only thing is they seem to run large, I ordered an 8 which is the same size as my 5.10 rock shoes and they feel way bigger. Since I read reviews saying they run large I thought ordering the same size as my rock shoe would be enough but if I wasn't planning on always wearing thick socks with these I would exchange them for the 7.5

I have a few pairs of these pants, I'm still rocking a pair that are 3 years old and have been climbed and hiked in for weeks! I prefer them for hiking rather than climbing, mostly because the seam where the zipper is under the knee really bugs me. I have a 2 regular and am about 120lbs and 5'8" they're a touch too big but I'm incredibly narrow in my hips. The length is perfect! I can't honestly say I've ever used the convertible feature so I don't know how easy they are to zip apart and back together again. All in all a great quality product from Prana as usual!!

I'm not going to lie, I initially chose this helmet because it comes in pink (white and pink), because it matches most of my other climbing gear. It took a while for me to get the size right with the straps but now that I have it just right I love it! I'm really happy that its incredibly adjustable so in the winter I can wear a hat, or two, underneath and still stay safe! I also love that the ponytail cutout is there, rocking a side pony while climbing totally stinks!

I just started climbing in these shoes for a little while now. 2-3 times a week in the gym and once outside.
Initially I wasn't thrilled because they're much stiffer and less aggressive than I'm used to. I got over the shock of feeling flat and stiff quickly and realized how awesome these shoes are! They're awesome for slab, edge nicely and are comfortable enough to wear for extended amounts of time. My only complaint is that they're not so hot on heel hooks and basically useless for toe hooks but they're not really made for that...
I think it's safe to say that I'll be sticking with these from now on unless I'm on a steep over hang or need to throw some serious heels.
I bought the same size (8) as I wear in street shoes and they fit exactly how I want them to.
