I wore this mittens last week in 8 degree weather with a wind chill of -3. My hands stayed warm. Prior to these mittens I used hand warmers any day lower then 15 degrees. I was really impressed at how warm they were without being bulky. I also dropped them in the sink with the water on and they stayed dry. They are a shorter/more fitted mitten with very small cuffs. They are well designed to adjust goggles and binding straps. Also makes it easier to pull my jacket cuffs over them.

I have small hands and like my mittens to fit "like a glove" without extra length past my fingers. I got a size small and am very happy with the fit.

little bit thicker then other base layers. Nice and warm. Not too tight either. I got a Medium because I thought it might be a really snug fitting top, and I like my shirts looser. Its very comfortable a little loose fitting a size up. For anyone else my size I would recommend a small.

My favorite part of this hoodie is the hood. It has an extra panel which makes it sit really nice on your head. The hoodie itself is a little bit longer and wider then I expected. I just put it in the drier on high heat and shrunk it a little... So soft though. The black on this isn't as black as some of my others, but the softness makes it worth it.

It says "oversized" in the write up. They really mean it. I am 5'3 and got a size M because I wanted a big comfy shirt. The medium was way longer then my but, in a way that almost made it look like a dress. I am exchanging it for a size small. It is very soft. The sides on the bottom are straight cut, like a normal tee shirt would be. (instead of an arc like a lot of other flannels)

This thing feels AMAZING. seriously. Its the best. I like to use it standing up for extra weight, or while sitting. I broke my 1st cuneiform bone and have a lisfranc. (I collapsed the arch of my foot.) This thing helps with the pain. Anyone someone else uses it at my house they wish they had one.

This hoodie is very thick. Its not incredibly soft, but feels almost like a jacket. the hood has a really nice fit- not too big, with a 3 panel construction. I usually wear mens medium hoodies and this one fits like I expected to. Very average, not boxy or too slim.

When the color says "burnt orange" its accurate. I thought the color on the website looked more khaki and subtle. In person they were much to orange for me. I returned them. Which was a bummer because they were sooo comfortable. I am usually a size 7.5 or 8. I got size 8 so I could wear thicker socks. They have a snug fit and felt very supportive. If you like orange go for it.

This jacket is really light weight and comfortable. It goes down a little past my butt but is not excessively long. I would say the fit is slim and long. I got a size large, for snowboarding in. I like my snowboard jackets a little big for layering under, and for ease of moving around. It doesn't look like a size large on me though. If I had planned on using it just for casual wear I would have gotten a size M. The color in the picture looks a little orange to me. In person the jacket looks more like a brown/dark khaki. Really nice soft inside. The snow skirt DOES NOT zip off. Also, there is velcro along the front zipper line and by the front 2 pockets.

I usually use this water bottle at the gym or at work. Its easy to gulp down a lot of water quickly. Its also easy to clean. The straw and nipple mouth piece are easy to take apart, wash, and put back on. I've had my water bottle for over a year and its still going strong.

Downfalls- if you keep it in the bottom of your backpack it will probably leak a little. A lot if your shaking it around. When I drive from salt lake to Park City the change in elevation pushes water out through the straw, and I end up with a wet cupholder. Now I just keep in on the floor while driving.

I used this water bottle gardening on extremely hot days in Salt Lake City. Its great because the ice stays frozen for a whole day, even in extreme heat.

Its not as great because the narrow opening makes it hard to get big ice cubes in there. And harder to clean if you use it for anything except water.

I have this water bottle in white. That was a mistake. It always ends up on the ground or in the bottom of my backpack, and it got really banged up. The scratches show on white and it looks dirty. Its just a cosmetic thing but I wouldn't recommend white.

great cup. Keeps hot drinks hot or cold drinks cold for hours. Doesn't sweat at all. Its also nice because if your prone to dropping things or want to throw it around this cup can take it without showing any dings.

Note- its a little large for some standard cup holders. The base is about the size of a traditional mason jar.

I got this cup for camping. Now I use it around the house. Its also great for road trips.

This backpack is light weight. I'm not sure how well it would hold up if I filled it with heavy things. I have used it a lot for the past 4 months, but never load it up. That being said it has held up great without any signs of wear.

I use it for light basic around town things. Like when I want to bring a lunch, hoodie, and book somewhere. It's a little small for camping/snowboarding/weekend trips.

I like how basic it is. However, if you are used to having an extra "safe" inside pocket, this is not an option. It only has two pockets- the big normal backpack one, and the tiny one out front. I have this backpack in black.

durable everyday watch

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Fit: True to size

I have been wearing this watch every day since 2013. Its stylish yet durable. I am a female with fairly small wrists. I took 2 or 3 links out and it fits great. I have only had to replace the battery once. I get a ton of compliments on it. (mostly from guys.)

I wear it gardening, camping, snowboarding, skateboarding, swimming, working, at the gym.... I literally never take it off. For all I put it though Im really impressed that I haven't broken it and that it has not fallen off.

I like how the edging around the face is slightly raised. It makes it really difficult to scratch the face. My watch is the black on black coloring. You will need a light to read it at night. Or good moonlight.

I got these boots after my other pair of sorrels started feeling TOO hot.

I live in Salt Lake City and they are great around town boots. I don't wear them if I know I'm going to be outside in freezing winter for an extended period of time. My toes would get cold if I did. These boots are amazing for shorter trudges through the snow. Trips to the grocery store while its raining. Or if you happen to walk through a snow storm and end up at a bar. They are not as toasty hot as other Sorrels. It makes them a very practical choice for longer car rides, where you will eventually end up outside walking, but don't want to have sweaty feet before you get there.

I was deciding between a 7.5 and 8. I went with size 8 and I'm glad I did. They are a fairly narrow boot. If you are planning on wearing very thick socks with them I would order at least a half size bigger then you usually do.

my favorite

This board is a great all around board. The hole pattern offers a lot of options for your stance.

I have also ridden the Bataleon distoria and feel better. This is my favorite of the three, and is sort of a middle ground. The feel better is a bit too soft for my preferences, the distorta is a little stiff, the SHE W- just right. Its snappy and responsive yet still soft enough to feel buttery and playful.

It has a 3BT- triple base technology. from toe edge to heel edge there is slight change in base- similar to a skateboard. I don't notice it much in really hard pack conditions. On slushy days or in choppy snow it makes a bigger difference. Its like having a little extra room for error- making it harder to catch an edge.

I ride this board at Brighton, UT and Mt. Hood, OR. Free riding, park, rails, jumps, as fast as I can on hard groomers in the morning, and pressing around in soupy spring conditions.

I am 5 ft 3' 125 lbs. I ride a 143.

These bindings are great. They are relatively simple, which I really enjoy. Its great because you don't need a tool to adjust the strap lengths, like if you are trading boards with someone for a run, or get different boots.

I wear thirty-two TM2 women's 7.5 boots and run these bindings in the small. The straps do not create any pressure points. The toe straps also stay very secure. (I've had problems with other brands toe-straps.)

The baseplate/heelcup is fairly versatile. Iv'e let my sister ride my board, she wears size 8.5 MENS boots and the bindings still fit her boots great, she just has to loosen the straps.

I wear these bindings free riding, riding park, and riding side country at Brighton. I also wear them at Mt. Hood. The ratchets are easy to operate even with my thickest mittens on.

I used these boots at Mt. Hood this summer. I would tie them up around 6:45 am and not take them off until 4:00 pm.

Initially the liners are much stiffer then last years TM2's. I usually wear a size 8 shoe but wear my snowboard boots extra tight- 7.5.

The first week I put my old liners in the new boot and it helped with the process of breaking them in, A LOT. Even so, the first week in the new boots with the new liners was PAINFUL. The tradeoff is that after they broke in they fit perfect and are so comfortable. They are surprising light and i like how even though my toes touch the end of the boot the toe box gives me wiggle room.

Great boot if you have a slim foot and like a stiff liner and shell.
