As a trail runner, you're probably getting lots of vert and growing those lovely glute and leg muscles. These muscles often make it difficult to find shorts that work for that booty.

Look no more. These shorts (as well as The North Face Better Than Naked shorts) are by far my favorite running shorts. Their inaugural run was a 20 mile loop in the Wasatch and they were super duper comfortable! They're a bit heavier than the north face ones, but I didn't notice it impeding performance or making it too hot.

The waistband is super comfy and doesn't move around. The material is also surprisingly soft and the length is perfect!

I originally bought these in a size small and it was no good. I could barely get the waist band over my thighs. I eventually sized up to a medium and I LOVE them. They are super, duper lightweight and very comfortable. The big waistband makes sure the shorts really don't move at all, which is great for avoiding chaffing and uncomfortable riding up of shorts.

I have searched long and hard for some shorts, and these ones fit the bill. They're awesome.

This cooler is incredible.

I was a little skeptical of the size when I first got it, but it has far exceeded my expectations. It can be a little cramped, but if you're do frozen meal prep and pack it like an expert, you can fit a lot of food in the cooler. The maiden voyage for this beauty was a on a four day canoe trip in Canyonlands NP in the Utah desert. We froze all our food before hand and using only a thing of dry ice, our food stayed fine for the entire time. We also fit enough food for four people for four days!

These coolers are great.

As you can see, I am pretty stoked about the pocket situation. Dresses/skirts/anything else with pockets are the best. Infinitely superior to anything else without pockets. Pockets are definitely a huge plus for this cute little dress.

As for the construction, I actually really liked it. I wasn't sure how it would fit, given my rather curvey figure. I tend to avoid shirt dresses and the fit is usually less than flattering. This dress, though, was actually super cute and not too bad on my curvy body!

I got a M b/c I liked a looser fit, but I think a small would have been just as good, if you want a less baggy version. Finally, the last great feature is that it has an asymmetric cut, so the back is slightly loner than the front. This feature is great for all the curvy ladies, as it still offers good coverage even with a bodacious butt. :)

This sweater is a perfect, cozy piece for cool summer nights and those chilly fall days. It's surprisingly soft, though a bit thicker like other reviews have mentioned. It doesn't feel bulky though. I also love the thumbholes! What a great feature! It makes you feel extra cozy.

I wear this sweater a lot, especially in super air-conditioned offices during the summer. It's a great sweater to throw over anything and has a flattering cut. I'm on the shorter side of things, so I like that it's cropped, so it doesn't come off as too frumpy.

I'm obsessed with wool sports bras. They are really a game changer. Not only is this bra super comfortable and soft, it's anti-odor and dries quickly. I use to run in and any other mountain sport. It does run small though. I usually wear an XS in sport bras, but this XS was toooo tight. A small fits nicely.

Nice and light

I inherited these from my sister-in-law and was first a little skeptical of the zip-off feature, but I'm happy to say that I actually really like them overall!

The fabric is super light and nice to hike in. I've worn them in the winter with a light insulation layer underneath and in the summer hiking in alpine and desert conditions in Utah. I have never felt overly hot in them and they've always provide enough flexibility of movement for hiking and (on very rare occasions) running (when I want to get back the trail head a wee bit faster. I also love that the material is incredibly quick drying. I took them into the Narrows at Zion for a casual hike and took a swim in the water. It was freezing and had the pants not dried off super fast, I would have been *very* cold the rest of the day! So, praise be the fabric is light and dries quickly!

In terms of the convertible nature of the pants, I actually like the zip off. They are, of course, inherently kind of dorky, but they are also very convenient. I like that you can roll up the legs for a capri length or zip them off for shorts. The only thing is that I feel like I wear shorts more than pants, and the zipper on the shorts does make it harder to roll up into shorter shorts when you want less length. other than though, they're super nice.

And the reason they didn't get five stars is that the waist is a little odd. I have a pretty curvy figure so finding pants that fit in the waist and butt has always been a struggle, but these pants didn't provide the best fit that I wanted. It's okay. The drawstring helps keep them up, but makes it a little uncomfortable sometimes. other than that, these pants are great.

If you want just shorts, you can check out their shorts option. And if you're not wanting the convertible ones, they make a Halle pant. Either way, definitely go with PrAna. You can't go wrong, really.

Picture of me wearing the pants on the summit of Kings Peak in Utah.

I took these out to demo and ran about three miles in them.

They were good just walking around and for the first two miles and then.. the blisters came. These shoes do an awesome job at providing cushion. As someone who mostly trail runs and avoids road running at all costs, I am used to shoes where you feel the dirt and trail beneath you. It was a different experience feeling such an nice, cushy feel. I really liked the cushion on these shoes. The upper though, wasn't as stiff as I would like. I know the Cloud Flow provides better support and I would probably like those a bit better. I tend to overpronate and have a low arch, so they weren't the most comfortable after running a couple miles. The first couple were fine, but then I started developing a hot spot on the back of both my heels. After battling through it for a half mile, the backs of my heels were raw blisters. Not fun. I ended up running a half mile barefoot on grass and then switched over to other shoes for the last 3 miles.

Overall, they are fine shoes for casual wear. They might be okay if you have a different heel shape than me (I have a slightly narrower heel that is straight up with almost no curve). I know that I'll never run in these again though haha

I usually wear a 7.5 in shoes and I wore a 7.5 in these ones. I could probably have done an 8 and been fine, but the 7.5 also felt like a good fit. In the other models though, they definitely run a half size or full size small.

When I first saw this, I thought it was just a standard softshell. NOT SO. Instead, I was amazed (and a little skeptical) that it was a fully waterproof jacket complete with a nice fitting hood with bill.

It exceeded my expectations.

I used it on a week-long camping trip in the Utah desert. I was worried it wouldn't be that breathable..and it was a tad bit heavy for the heat (late May in the desert is pretty hot). BUT, there were a couple days when it was raining in Grand Staircase Escalante NM and the jacket worked perfectly. The water just brushed off the jacket and provided full coverage. I especially loved the cut of the jacket -- longer in the back to keep your back covered and slightly longer sleeve lengths with adjustable wrist cuffs.

Probably the best thing about this jacket, though, is the stretchy-ness of the material. I can wear it alone over the flannel or over my Patagonia nano puff, and it maintains its shape and still provides full range of motion. AND, it does not feel like you're wearing a garbage bag. It's amazing.

The one thing that I would like to see is the jacket being able to fold into its pocket like the patagonia houdini. It comes with small stuff sack, but at that point, you might as well just stuff it in your bag and not bother with the extra weight of the bag.

I am obsessed with this bra, which is saying something because I usually avoid bras at all cost. This one, though, is simply amazing. First, it's super cute and the colors are awesome. I also really like the cut of the bra -- not too wide shoulder straps and relatively low-cut bra, so that it won't chaff on your upper chest or look weird under a shirt. Second, it's incredibly comfortable. The wool is soft and light-weight. And, wool, being the magical fabric that it is, keeps you cool when you're hot and warm when you're cold. It dries quickly and is anti-order.

I wore this bra for SEVEN DAYS on a desert camping trip throughout southern Utah. I took a couple dips in the freezing water in the Narrows and the Fremont river, sweat like crazy while hiking around...and this bra was perfect. It never smelt, never stayed clammy or wet and was so comfortable. I forgot that I was wearing it and was never uncomfortable.

The only reason that I didn't give it five stars is that the sizing is a little unique. I have both a small and an XS. The small is a bit loser around the armpits, just because it's wool, but the band is nice and snug. I didn't love the small for high-impact sports like running because it moved around a bit, but the small was perfect for backpacking, hiking, climbing, etc.

The XS feels a tiny bit snug around the chest band, but the wool also sits close the chest and is tighter in the places where the small was loose. I use the XS for high-impact sports where I don't want any movement in my baselayers. Also, if you're looking for ultralite and or minimal sports bra there are tags inside the bra, which could lead to chaffing.

Wowowowow. These are great. I have a curvy figure, so I'm always in a bit of a rough spot finding good sizing. I am happily surprised with how they fit. They do fit a little bit lower on the waist, but still gives full coverage.

It's also crazy how lightweight and comfortable they are. I put them on and forgot that I was wearing them! No annoying lines or seams digging into you.

Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

I wanted to love this hat. I bought it for trail running. I wanted something breathable that would offer some protection for my eyes and face, but the sizing felt a little weird on my head.

It was super light weight and obviously really breathable., but... it just didn't fit right on my head . I didn't have the chance to go running with it , but just trying it on at home didn't feel right. It felt like it was going to blow off my head -- even when I adjusted the strap in the back. I also felt that the bill was a little small, like it wouldn't protect that much of my face.
