Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Fit: True to size
Height: 5' 4"
Weight: 115 lbs
Size Purchased: 6

These shoes are the most comfortable pair of climbing shoes I own. The other shoes I own are the 5.10 Anasazi LV Women and 5.10 Blackwing mens (older model).

After you break them in, they are ridiculously comfortable. I went with my street shoe size. It was painful for the first couple of months but now they feel amazing. These will stretch a full size after a few months.

These are very soft shoes. By soft shoes I mean the entire shoe is soft and doesn't offer much support. These shoes are not great for edging and sloppy footwork, so if footwork is your weakness you might want to look elsewhere. Or you can use the softness to your advantage like me and just climb in them all the time so it forces you to use proper foot technique. I definitely can't get away with sloppy footwork in these like I can with my other shoes. Training in these most of the time has definitely improved my feet.

I've had these for 4 months now and I don't see any signs of major wear and tear, but then again I store my shoes correctly, limit my time walking in them, and I don't drag my toes :)

Btw I see ladies at my gym crushing v6+ in these shoes

Lastly, these shoes are not made out of material that produce terrible odors like other climbing shoes.

These were my first climbing shoes and I'm still loving them! I've been climbing in them for 9 months now. I wasn't brave enough in the beginning of my climbing career to buy the correct size so I went a size...and a half up lol. I'm normally a size 6 but I went for the 7.5, but I have no regrets. I could not fight through the pain of building enough callous and pain tolerance during my first few months of climbing.

These shoes will stretch a full size so definitely go for your street size. You'll get that slight downturn in the shoe so that you can hang onto the holds better. If you size up too much, you won't get that downturn, but fear not, I can definitely still stand on those plastic micro footholds indoor. But I do have issues doing so outdoors though since my shoes are too big.

The shoes fit great for those with narrow heels like me! This is very important for the heel hooks!

Btw these shoes smell like death, buy a shoe deodorant spray.

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Fit: True to size
Height: 5' 4"
Weight: 115 lbs
Size Purchased: xs

Bought these to wear under my sweats for the Inca Trail for sleeping (going in November).

These are not comfortable if you plan on sitting in them or doing wide movements. If you sit in them, the back does slide down and the leg area gets really tight. If you try to squat or kick the thermals feel like their holding you back. They are totally fine for walking and sleeping. For reference I'm somewhat muscular and I'm a size xs/0

The fit looks flattering and I'm digging how there is a slimming band around the waist.

The material is stiff and not soft.

I would return these but I got them on sale and I don't want to lose money on the return shipping. I shall keep them just for sleeping in :)
