I have multiple Capilene mid weight shirts - thought I would try this lighter weight.
Yes, it is still wonderful; however, just a bit lighter / thinner than expected. This is almost the weight of a sun shirt.
Works alright if you have layers - and nice to have one thin enough to tuck in under items more like a tank. Just a bit harder to consider as a single layer than I expected. Worked well with nano puff items.

just finished a 10 day traveling / hiking trip throughout CA, NV, UT, AZ ... so wish that I had this with me?! Did enjoy it immensely for an outdoor weekend in KY though. Benefit that it has "sleeves" (I know sounds funny - but I would typically pack a light down vest, and with this having sleeves one can take on/off easily and tie around your waist instead).
Better than a jacket for some things.
Packs well - and keeps warm.
Patagonia is simply a brand that works well for me with travel.

good chair ... slightly better than other cheaper chairs of this type. Extra strap makes a bit easier to carry without shoulder concerns (sort of - still similar type weight, just spread out) ... the mesh does make it a bit cooler (we used first time on a 90degree day), and I bet easier drying out with morning dew ... and the side "cooler" addition is nice. Final thought, I think this also stays slightly below the 30" recommendation for concerts - but not really sure the guys at the entry really notice a difference?!
