I love everything in the Ferrosi line, especially the pants and capris so I thought I'd give the skort a try. It's shorter than I expected given how many skorts are much longer, but it fits so well and has the usual perfect Ferrosi fabric that I'm willing to display my knee surgery scars and not care!

I used to make my own technical fabric panties (I used to sew professionally) because I couldn't find a fit I liked and the cost, but these fit just right, aren't grandma panties, and don't attempt to become butt floss because the leg openings are probably a bit narrower than I'd expect at the size I buy. My structure is not much of a waist and smaller hips than most size charts suggest for my waist measurement (I'm built more like a guy in the waist and butt dept), and I find these fit really, really well. No more making my own now that I've found these! I bought my first set on a guess, them immediately bought more. I like slippery fabric under work and "regular" clothes, but for wearing under long underwear or hiking pants, these are absolutely perfect and wick better than anything I've been able to make using factory ends of technical fabrics from big name makers.

These are everything I wanted in a pant for back country skiing, perfect in every way except too long! I can remedy some of that by shortening them from adding a seam across the thighs, but given the crotch gusset and darts for the knees, I could only take out 2 inches (I used to sew for Marmot Mt Works back in the day, so I have skills here). I need another 2 inches out of the length but with a zipper at the cuff, there isn't anything else I can do so I just roll them up when I don't have my ski boots on. OR needs to make a petite version and they'd sell a ton of these!

I have found few underwear that I like as much as these. The fabric wicks nicely, the leg bands stay in place with no creeping upwards or attempting to become a thong, something I tend to have trouble with. Love, em, ordering more.

The fabric is quite nice for the winter months, just be aware that when it says "boxy" that is very true. I should have gone with a medium though I usually wear a large, but because I'm a former professional seamstress I'm just going to modify it to my taste.

As a short but large busted female,it is hard to fins sports bras that have short enough straps to do any good. This bra fits that bill perfectly, so if this is your situation, try this one.
