My son loves this Patagonia jacket. He says it’s warm and comfortable. I love that the pockets work two ways, as buttoned pouches accessible from the top, or hand pockets from the side, nice for storing small items or snacks but still be able to warm his hands. My only gripe is that we find the hood to be too small. My son does have a slightly larger head, but we’ve not experienced this problem with other jackets, so not sure if it’s him or just this model. Nonetheless, we still love it for everyday use!

Just received this growler, and so far it has been a great purchase. We used it recently on a beach vacation to bring cocktails for the day. It is fabulous for keeping beverages cold, even in the hot sun. And I love that you can open, pour, and close it all with one hand. It's a little tricky to close with one hand, but totally manageable. I purchased this in black and I think it looks really sleek. I liked it so much that I have just purchased the gift pack growler with the stainless steel cups for my brother for his birthday. Can't go wrong with this Stanley growler.

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

We have two of these Burton tinder backpacks for my kids, ages 6 and 5. They are very good quality and large enough to hold notebooks, etc. There is a zippered pocket in the top flap, and two separate pouches on the inside, so good for keeping a child organized. The sternum strap is a nice feature. My complaints are that the buckles are too difficult for them to press open, so we only use the drawstring feature underneath the flap. Also, as this is a kid's pack, I find the excess strap to be really long when you tighten the shoulder straps to fit a child. We have solved the problem by rolling the straps up and rubber banding them. Overall though, a good pack.

Fit: Runs large

This is a really cute and very warm down jacket! Like the previous reviewer, I found it to run a bit large. I also bought the 18m for my 13m son, and find it to be big on him, and he is a large boy (25lbs, about 80th percentile). I had this jacket in 12m size as well from my first son, and it did fit my second son just perfectly, but I didn't think it would fit him through the winter season. Also, the older version of the jacket didn't have the fold-over cuffs, which is a great feature on the new model. Overall, I'd definitely recommend!

This is an awesome kids' winter jacket from Patagonia. And the second year in a row that we've bought it. I think it would have lasted two winter seasons with the fit-to-grow element in the sleeves, but we passed it down to the younger sibling. It is very warm. We use it for skiing/sledding or when the temperatures really drop. I'd say it fits TTS or a little big like most Patagonia.

I have last year's model of this jacket for both my daughter and son. I think the only difference is the color. We love these jackets! They are very warm and great for playing in the snow. I'd say they run a little large, like most Patagonia products. My skinny, tall children should easily be able to wear these for two years, epically with the grow-fit feature in the arms. Awesome!

This is a great toddler jacket! It fits true to size and is nice and warm for my little guy. I love that it has a hood with elastic around the brim so that it actually stays put on a toddler who refuses to wear a hat. My husband wants one in an adult size!
