Expertly crafted and beautifully designed, this is a blade for the ages. The thick spine gives plenty of purchase to spark from a ferro rod as well as to split effortlessly through wood. The handle is specifically engineered to offer multiple positions to grip from. The sheath looks very well made. The leather is thick and the loop d-ring offer the convenience to hang the sheath.

Definite buy.

Most of the time, I pretty much just think a headlamp is a headlamp, is a headlamp. In this case though, you get a bit more. You get a number of beam options (pretty standard), an excellently engineered headband (one of Petzl's strengths in my opinion), and the reactive lighting option. This allows you to use the headlamp in changing light conditions without having to fiddle with the buttons, which is essentially the crux of this product and it works well.

Very comfortable, super light, and surprisingly small pack size.

Given the weight, size, and comfort of this pad, I would consider it to be a great option for the money. The only downside is that the material can tear if you are not careful but it does come with a patch kit.

Definitely a quality bag. Very warm and the down is very compressible. The included storage sack is nice since it can be used as two different sizes.
My only gripe is that the material is somewhat fragile. I ripped the inside of the bag on the zipper twice without trying too hard, although some tenacious tape fixed it up pretty quick.

All in all, a decent bag.

I think my favorite thing about Fjallraven gear is how much they believe in versatility. With this wax, you can turn a light, breathable Greenland coat into a waterproof rain jacket.

If you are planning on only light rain, just do one coat but if you want to make sure you stay dry, you'll need to add a couple coats once the initial one has dried. I generally use a heat gun to melt the wax and that works really well but I'm sure a hair dryer would be perfect too.

The nice part about using wax, rather than a waterproof coating or membrane, is that you can apply it to only the more exposed panels of your jacket, allowing for the inner side panels to breathe a bit more.

Tenacious Tape has become a staple in my gear bag recently. I've used it as a quick repair for a hole in a sleeping bag and that alone is reason enough for me to keep it around, although it's uses are really only limited to what it will adhere to.

This tent was purchased with the intention of being a versatile, do-anything tent that could accommodate 2-3 people and I believe it achieves that function very well.

At 6-7 lbs, it's not exactly a tent you would want to carry by yourself, but split between two or three, it would make a great backpacking tent. The packed size is small enough that it is also a great option if you need to pare down on space in the car as well.

The space inside is enough that I would probably be comfortable squeezing three good friends in here but two is very comfortable.

Height: 6' 1"
Weight: 200 lbs
Size Purchased: XL

Looking to transition from hoodies to something more respectable? Look no further. This sweatshirt is so comfortable that you won't even care about the fact that there isn't a hood to pull up to hide from your problems. Light enough to be worn in spring and on cooler summer days but thick enough to keep you warm on brisk mornings.

The general recommendation for Reigning Champ tops is to size up. I normally wear a L in most brands and got an XL, which fits comfortably. It will likely shrink as well after the first wash if it feels just a touch too big.

Super soft and very comfortable. They wash well too. To my understanding, the general recommendation for Reigning Champ tops is to size up. I am 6'1 and 200lbs and the XL is comfortably roomy. They will also shrink after an initial wash. Definitely recommended.

The fabric of these jeans is comfortable and feels like it will hold up well, especially with the triple stitching in the yoke area.

A little wide around the ankles for my taste but they look great and won't fall apart.

The Black Diamond Momentum harness is irrefutably excellent. If you are looking to get in to climbing or are looking for a gift for the aspiring climber in your life, this package is a sure winner and includes everything necessary to take on the gym with the exception of shoes.

The Momentum is the kind of harness you can buy for your first harness and still be using it long after you've mastered 5.10's. It's comfortable, relatively light, and doesn't take up too much space. The rocklock carabiner is pretty standard (that is to say, I would trust it to suspend me over a pit of starving alligators) but the ATC-XP that is included has machined windows on the sides to make it lighter and is likely a step above what you might find in other climbing packages.

The chalk bag has a good build quality and comes with a belt which is always nice. Although, as another site user mentioned, the chalk bag color does seem to vary as I received a yellow bag instead of teal or gray. Honestly though, all of the colors for the Mojo bag are great. You can see the other colors it might come in here:

This pack makes an excellent go-bag for the climbing gym! I wanted something small that didn't have a ton of extras on the outside to get snagged on doors and rocks and that's exactly what I got. The hydration port is extra nice and allows this pack to function as a light hiking daypack as well.

I have to admit, I initially bought these glasses because I thought it was kind of weird that they had clip on lenses and I'm pretty into weird stuff. I love these glasses way more than I expected. They're stylish, and the whole polarized inner lens thing is pretty cool too.

My one gripe with these though is that, with the tinted lenses clipped on, they can get pretty heavy and slide down my nose if I'm sweating a lot.

Another side note, these are listed as fitting medium face sizes but I personally think they should be listed as a medium-large face size, as I have a pretty big head and these fit bigger than most of my glasses (which is a good thing)

If you really want super clear lenses, I would probably not recommend these as the double lens definitely effects the clarity but if you're looking for glasses for fishing or just want to look dope around town, definitely cop yourself a pair.
