Familiarity: I've used it several times

I bought these sandals to replace my worn out Teva Sanborn Universal sandals, which I loved for their comfort but hated for their durability. I was hoping that going back to the OG Teva would solve the latter problem, so I was excited for my new Universals. I am a pretty consistent women's 10, but I was tripping over the excess length in these 10s. Due to the sole being too long for my foot, the straps also hit in an awkward place on my big toe, which is a no-no for my hallux limitus (big toe spurs/arthritis). Since these sandals only come in whole sizes, I tried the 9s, but those were too short with my toes curling over the edge going down stairs/slopes. I am super bummed to have to return these, but the fit of these Tevas failed me where others have not.

For me, these are two stars or "not recommended," but I can imagine if you're in the sweet spot of Teva's whole sizes you'd love these.

I bought this liner, because I had heard than skin-on-sleeping bag contact was bad for the bag, since dirt and oils can get to the down and pack it down and reduce loft/warmth. I don't like sleeping in full clothing, so a sleeping bag liner seemed to be my solution! I chose this Rab silk liner due to its great optimization of weight/material/design/price.

Silk is the lightest weight option out there, and this Rab liner feels great against my skin. I also really like the hood, which allows me to either tuck it into the mummy hood when it's cold or tuck around my inflatable pillow when it's warmer. I've washed the liner once, and it was very easy in the machine and dried quickly on a line. It also packs back up into the remarkably small pouch very easily.

I chose this over the Cocoon mostly due to price and the Rab brand, which is known for quality outdoor products. The only thing I'd change is the color, which for me was the natural silk (I don't understand why you'd do "assorted" colors for a product like this). I'd like something a little darker in case I decided to sleep just with the liner on over my sleeping bag. It's really not that big of a deal, though.

All in all, this has made my camping sleep situation all the better. I have never slept as well camping!

This dress is comfortable and has a flattering fit. The material is breathable and easy to wash, and it held up well during travel and summer heat. The pockets are fun, albeit pretty useless. It's an easy go-to for a warm summer day!

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Size Purchased: 8

I've worn these a couple of times around town, and I can already tell they will be my go-to hiking short for warm weather. The stretch fabric makes these really comfortable, and they feel very lightweight and breathable. I would have normally ordered a size 6, but Backcountry only had a size 8 during their sale. I like the extra room the 8 provides, and they still stay on very well.

Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

While I liked the feel of the material and the overall pattern of these knickers, the composition of the material made me return them. A 93/7 ratio of nylon to spandex is not enough to provide the freedom of movement necessary for a fitted pant like these. When raising my knee up to my chest, I could feel seams and the back rise pulling down due to the lack of give in the material. I could tell that these were not going to work for climbing, yoga, running, or really anything requiring a wide range of movement, so I returned them.
