Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

In my opinion, Skratch makes the hydration mix, period. It tastes great and gives you what you need without all the stuff you don't. I keep a bottle of it on the mountain bike to supplement the water in my hydration or hip pack. On the road / gravel bike I usually do one bottle of Skratch and one water.

Familiarity: I've used it several times

This thing is amazing. It's light, strong and incredibly well made. I installed the 40mm option on my new trail bike to go with my M6 handlebar. Manufacturing carbon stems is incredibly difficult, which is why Enve is the only brand to manufacture a carbon MTB stem.

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I just installed these on my trail bike and broke them in over 2 days of hard riding in Moab. The combination of strength, weight and shape is perfect for me. Pair it with the M6 stem for a super-light but sturdy cockpit.

Pros: Soft, breathable, lightweight. The ThermoNet fabric is definitely warmer than a traditional buff

Cons: This Buff is tight fitting around the head and neck. I had to stretch mine out a bit for it to be comfortable under my ski helmet.
