Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I've used this a couple times and it keeps the cold off your neck, and/or face if you pull it up. One thing to note is the gaiter I got does not have the big Mountain Hardware emblem on the front like the picture. Instead, it has a smaller tag on the bottom with the emblem. Not a big deal, but it does look a little different from the picture.

I wore this on a ride in 44 degrees and it totally kept the wind and chill off my face and neck. It stretches over your face and stays put below the nose or above the nose easily--hopefully it will not ever stretch out. Thus far, I'm very impressed with this product and am glad I purchased it.

Familiarity: I've used it several times
Fit: True to size
Height: 5' 7"
Weight: 155 lbs
Size Purchased: Medium

I bought one and then almost immediately got another. This thing is so warm and cozy. It has a loose fit and the thumbholes are great if your hands start to get cold.

I liked this so much I gave it as a gift and the recipient of that gift was also very pleased. The North Face hit a home run with this mountain sweatshirt.

Unfortunately, I could not find my size here on Backcountry, so I had to order this jacket directly from Louis Garneau.

When it arrived, the fit in the arms was a little tight but that has loosened up after wearing it a couple times. A couple things I really like about this jacket are the hood and the thumbholes.

The (under the helmet) hood fits perfect. I've worn this jacket with a halo cap and it form fits around your head perfectly. It totally keeps the heat in on a chilly ride.

The sleeves are a little long but it works great so when you use the thumbholes, the sleeves cover your hands over your knuckles. If you wear gloves, the sleeves go over the gloves so no chill gets in.

Overall, this is a great jacket for when the weather is chilly. With a base layer or two underneath, you can go into the cold with this thing. I was riding in 44 degrees the other day and could hardly feel the chill on my upper torso.

Order a size up from your normal size, they run small. If you have the snap in liner you need to leave room for it and don't worry, the elastic in the waist and built in belt make it easy to make minute adjustments. Very well built and durable. I personally like the Hummvee shorts better, as they have a looser fit, but these are really good shorts. These have a bit more of a straight leg fit to them. Nonetheless, I'm not disappointed with the purchase and they will get plenty of use.

I wear around a 32-33 waist and the Large fits perfect but even if I lost a few pounds, they would still fit. There is lots of elastic in the waist and if that isn't enough, there is also a belt. When I wear the liner, they fit snug but not tight, without the liner they still fit, but much looser.

That click in liner is just so smart and those two map pockets are awesome. I put hand towels and my beenie in them while riding and totally forget I have anything in my pocket.

Probably the best looking and most functional mountain bike shorts that I own.

Just arrived and it looks even better in person than it does in the picture. I got the black and just so you know, the orange is not as bright as it is in the picture. It is a darker, deeper orange, so it looks even better against the black and gray. The jersey fits according to the size chart, and looked great on. If the price doesn't scare you off, you will like it.

...a little expensive. It has a nice design which makes it easy to wear by itself and fits under other jerseys well, like a second skin. On sale, this would be a great buy but the only thing that I can really say negatively about this shirt is it snags on everything. If you brush against anything, you are sure to have snags that need to be cut off.(think like women's nylon stockings)

In a nutshell, works great, looks good, is a little expensive at full price, and snags easily. If I had picked it up on sale and it didn't get so many snags, an easy 5 stars. As usual, HuckNRoll got it to me super fast with no complications.

Nice light shirt that looks great! At full price I would purchase this after careful consideration but at 60% off, it was a no brainer. This shirt will get lots of use when the warmer weather begins and I'm only sorry that they didn't have more choices in my size or I would have stocked up and bought two or three different colors.

Would I pay full price for these shorts? No, but at 50% off they are a good deal. Bought a pair, used them and found them to be more than adequate. The inner lining/pad works great and the outer shell feels really light while riding. I've had shorts that rub on my knees while riding but these didn't do that. No buttons popped off and I thought enough of the shorts to go ahead and buy a second pair in a different color. The only thing I would suggest would be for Fox to include a "real" pocket someplace. The little pocket that holds the goggle wipe can barely hold a set of keys.

Just got my CamelBak Don Hydration pack. This pack is awesome! Spent some time dialing it in so all the straps fit right and it is exactly what I needed for longer bike rides. My Fox Transition Hard Shell helmet fits easily in there and there is plenty of room left for extra clothing or food. This thing also holds 3 liters of water! Great product and HucknRoll got it to me quickly.
