Familiarity: I've used it several times
Fit: True to size

I took this jacket out for a demo for a few weeks in late fall/ early winter, and it surely did the trick! It kept the wind from biting and the rain from dampening. The hood is a bit large if using it without a helmet but the zippers, pockets, and velcro are all impeccable.

This jacket exceeded my expectations! It feels like a great big fluffy hug when you put it on because of the puffy material on the inside. I am a big fan of the wrist cuffs and the adjustable hood grabs the top of your head in such an efficient way that keeps the hood from falling down in strong winds. Very pleased with this coat! 9/10 would recommend to a friend.

I found these shoes to fit a little tight and the rubber to be stiff. The downturn is great for hard overhanging problems but hurt my feet while climbing slab. I have only used them a handful of times, and I do feel that they will soften up after some time. I also really like the single velcro strap and the width of the toe box.

Big fan of this jacket by Mountain Hardware. Its very light, soft, and stylish. Really enjoyed the elastic wrist cuffs and the hood fit very well. I did however feel that sometimes the material used to make it water repellent can be a bit squeaky at times...but maybe that's how it communicates with ghosts?

I tested this jacket on a chilly fall weekend in the desert, with temperatures in the low 20's. Despite how light it is, this jacket packs a punch of warm straight to the heart. Its soft, compact-able, and stylish. Very satisfied with this Patagonia.

The avant featherless was super comfortable and kept me feeling very toasty in 20 degree weather. The hood was great for neck and ear warmth and I really enjoy the cuffs. I was able to be active and feel professional wearing this jacket. It does everything you would want a jacket of this caliber to do.

Very breathable and comfortable. Slim fit is stylish and appropriate for a variety of activities. This jacket kept me warm and dry in very cold and wet alpine conditions. I was pleasantly surprised by the arm length and the cuffs. Very good quality jacket.

I took the Maestro's out for a spin this past weekend and was very surprised in their edging capability and ability to stay on small holds. The slightly down-turned toe made me confident in my toes and the side edges held super well while stepping across my body. They were comfortable, stylish, secure, and eco-friendly. Everything I could ask for in a climbing shoe. I'll will be using these again very soon.
