Yup. This is a quality helmet. Both the features and the fit are wonderful. The boa tightener makes adjustment easy and the vent system was all the options. I rode this helmet on a few resort days. Some were blistering cold and some were spring warm. I would recomend a head cover for the cold days and open vents on the warm. The one problem I had was with my hair getting caight in the vents when I was opening or closing them. This is pretty unavoidable with some hair types though so I cant complain too much about that and should just put on a head scarf next time. Wore the helmet with Scott and Dragon goggles and had no gap at the to so that worked out well. My nose was a little smooshed though with the goggle helmet combo. I would adjust the helmet at the top to get it nice then by the bottom my nose would be smashed again. I figure this was a sizing issue though and don't have any other negative feedback for the helmet. All in all a good buy. I felt safe on the slopes which is the most important part of wearing a helmet and you can't beat that.

Resort or tour these pants will do it for you. The medium insulation will keep you warm with layers on cold days but you can open up the vents with shorts on if you are looking for a touring day. Big fan of the deep pockets an their layout. If I could change on thing I would move the vent zips back or the wist pocket zips forward just slightly. The separation would help the distinction between the two. I definitely put a few things inside my pants instead of the pockets when I first got these pants. Now though I have gotten used to it and love these pants. The built in belt is great and the fit is very comfy for a full day out there. Would highly recommend if you are a chameleon on the mountain and like doing it all.

Yup. These things are keepers. Rock solid and ready to go. it would take a lot to bend these puppies but if you are looking in investing in quality poles I'm guessing you are past the point of pole bending in your ski career. Light and durable are the key words here. I like the grip coating under the handle as well for pole carrying and more grabbing options. Great poles!

Yup. That extra bit of down really helps when it rocks cold out there. Used this on one of the coldest day this year (10 F) and was still plenty warm with another down layer underneath. I would say that I wish that the arms on this jacket were a little shorter. I was always debating if I should put my gloves over or under the sleeves and could just not get comfortable either way. Maybe a medium would have helped but the rest of the dimensions on the jacket were perfect so I would just deal with the sleeves in the large. Apart from that I love the high collar on the jacket and the bombproof material. Good all mountain jacket if you are in a cold area or tend to get the chills.

Great gators. Easy to put on and will keep the snow out for a day of snow shoeing. Straps in all the right places to keep these puppies up on your legs as you trudge through the snow. What Can I say. Simple well designed gear hear. Does its job with no extra hassle and will live in your gear room for years to come.

Solid pants right here. The Vents on the side will let in as much air as you can handle when trekking up the mountain. I used these pants to snow shoe and wore them with hiking boots. I would not recommend this to others. Ski boots would be fine but I for sure had a bit of snow in my boots by the end of the steep downhills. The other thing is that these pants are LOUD. I guess that comes with the territory for gore-tex but I was looking for ear plugs by the end of a 4 mile hike. That being said, these bibs will keep you very dry and cool for a hike up the mountain. The fit is for sure athletic for the waist and bib portion. They fit nice on my hips and unless I unzipped the vents, i would not even have needed the suspenders. The legs are very baggy which is nice for air circulation but do not help when it comes to the noise factor. The pockets were super deep but I was not a fan of the chest pockets on the bib portion. They just ended up covered by my shell and went unused. Overall (get it) I would say these are very high quality pants. They are rugged and are built with one purpose in mind. I would say go ahead and pull the plug on them if you are athletic, looking to ski tour and don't mind a little noise. Outside of that I would say another pant may fit your needs a little better.

Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

You guessed it. The board is bendy. Like really bendy. still plenty of pop and power but boy is it bendy. My sister got a chance to demo this board when she was in town and we had a good day of all mountain riding. The rocker camber rocker profile is quite pronounced and looked like good fun on all terrain. Would not call this board a hard mountain charger. It is playful and I would say a good intermediate board for someone looking for fun.

My sister came in to town and had a chance to demo these bindings. From what I saw it looks like you do have quite the foot pillow to trap in to. Bindings worked good for an all mountain day and were fine mounted on a never summer board. Straps look sweet and easy enough to take off. Would recommend to any sisters out there.

These bindings are more reliable than any car I have ever owned. Will keep you going on the mountain all day long and don't accumulate rust after ten years in the snow. Classic feel will work on any board you have and will keep your feet glued in when you nose dive into the deep stuff. New foot pad keeps the snow away and you riding on a cushion down the mountain. Highest praise.

Great all mountain boots. Double boa helps keep that heel pressed hard down to the sole of the boot. Great in the park. Great on the traverse. Great walking back to the car. I'll let you know how the boots wear over time but for now they are an excellent addition to A great resort and powder setup.

Solid skis. Didn't get to ride them in much powder but they got the job done anyway. I've ridden the 97's in powder and they were great so I can only imagine these floating more. On the groomers they were solid and edged well for their size and width. Matt's Review below goes into good detail about the ride in comparison to other ski's so check that one out if you are interested. As for me they were a fun weekend ride and I'd love to get them out in some powder.

Pop an ollie higher than tony hawk pro skater. Stay afloat when the sharks are swimming below in the deep stuff. Roast a pig without the charcoal. If your not getting the picture right now I'll sum it up for you. THIS BOARD IS AS FUN AS THEY COME. Playfull as a puppy and just as excitable.

Yah. These bindings are what you want. I don't know what else you are looking at, but these are what you want. Stuff front to back but plenty of flex side to side. Great all mountain ride that lets you carve hard but still lean back on your board to get through powder or pop an ollie. Comfy straps and still easy to get off. Only thing that was a little hard was getting the strap started. I'm sure with a bit more time I'd get used to that though. All around great binding.

Dot to demo these skis for a few days and was lucky enough to have some powder for these things to MUNCH UP. No really. These skis float like a pontoon boat on the fluffy stuff. The rocker profile lets you float around freely on the thin dusted areas and plow through the deep stuff without worrying about your tips. I would highly recommend these skis for a bit of fun on a powder day. Now to the Groomers. These skis carve harder than a group of kids at a jack-o-lantern party. A nice profile lets you back and forth on the groomers all day long. The rocker can get you in a wobble sometimes if you are running strait on the groomers but apart from that these skis are good fun for a resort day. I'd recommend these skis if you are looking to head off the groomers and into the wild stuff. Get a little out there. They float like a dream and will keep you on your toes.

Best ski boots I have ever worn. Put them on then forget that they are on your feet. The support is stiff as a board in ski mode and will keep you from looking goofy in walk mode. The insulation liker does its job and keeps those pig-toes nice and warm even in some hefty wind on the lifts. it is AMAZING HOW LIGHT THESE BOOTS ARE!!! No seriously, these boots felt like they were about half the weight of a normal pair. Would highly recommend if you are looking to have locked in ankles and would also need a light boot for touring.

Great set of poles! The aluminum is nice and light just still feels strong enough to take the abuse of tree dings and heavy pole whacking. The hand grips feel real good and after you get the straps adjusted right you are all set to hit the slopes!

Got to demo these boots and gave them a good run for a couple weeks. Great all terrain boots that are pretty stiff and will keep your heels glued to the soles. I wore a 9 in these boots and i am usually a 10 in street shoes (vans and converse.) The 9 was a little snug and I had a bit of difficulty taking the boots on and off. A size up might fix that but a little extra time for good ride comfort is fine with me. Love the Vibram soles! All around a good boot.

Great all around shoe for climbing! I originally bought these shoes for gym bouldering and have ended up wearing them all over both indoors and out. The shoe is aggressive enough to keep your feet on the tiniest granite chips but still flat enough that you can feel your toes when you are done climbing. I bought my shoes two sizes smaller than my feet but after a couple runs in wool socks they fit like a glove. After almost a year and a half of wear and tear though the toes are in bad need of a resole. I would say that these shoes have worn slightly faster than I wanted but a bit of rubber and they will be ready for another season. If you don't mind the extra time to put them on I would also highly recommend the laces both for fit and longevity if crack climbing. My go to shoe for the send.
