Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Fit: True to size
Height: 5' 11"
Weight: 150 lbs
Size Purchased: 9

I've had these for an entire year now and I have to say, they are everything I had hoped for when they initially came out. I've backpacked well over thirty times in them and have hiked endless miles over the past year in them, all four seasons. They retain heat well with wool socks, they are comfortable as any solid pair of sneakers I've ever owned (Vibram soles are a miracle). The waterproof material is amazing and works perfectly with the boot liner (You can walk through decent sized streams without getting your feet wet). I have to say that in the next year or two, I'll either get another pair in a different color, or perhaps the same color. Well done Danner.

I got this hoping it would work as a lightweight winter jacket (with layering figured in of course). I was right! Same amazing quality as all my other Patagonia gear, the material is durable. I've worn this while climbing/scrambling throughout dark sandstone caves/ridgelines. No rips or immediate damage to the downs. If you wear your downs gear the way its supposed to (heavily), there will be sweat/oil/elementals stains after time. Those aspects just add character to the garment I believe. A great addition to the collection. Layers great with a Patagonia Synchilla Snap T pullover too.
