Comfy and Versatile!
4 5

Familiarity: I've used it several times
Fit: Runs large
Height: 5' 3"
Weight: 115 lbs
Size Purchased: XS

I was given this product from Backcountry, but this review Is my personal opinion. The crashiano tank top was the perfect outdoor and climbing shirt! During my trad climbing days of shimmying up chimneys and rubbing up against rock most of the day, The crashiano tank top didn't snag, but was also protectant in my skin not getting rock burn, which usually happens with thin tank tops I wear. Also during hot days the fabric didn't stick to my sweaty skin and it was very breathable.

I would say the tank top runs a little big in the sense that it is a bit baggy and long, but the long part of it ended up working out really well for me. The shirt was able to be tucked into my pants or under my harness well and I didn't have to worry about it riding up and exposing any skin. Overall this shirt is flattering and doesn't feel to small or restricting in anyway. Which is really important to me when climbing. This tank is also perfect for my gym workouts, I can move well around in it, and shows off all the right muscles! I'm excited to get another color!

Protects the Noggin!
5 5

Familiarity: I've used it several times

I was given this product from Backcountry, but this review Is my personal opinion. I never really took wearing my helmet seriously as I'm spoiled at my home crag with very NOT chossy rock. However, in getting into trad climbing (and just being smarter and making better decisions) I realized how incredibly important my helmet is. During my climbing trip, I was climbing on a pretty enclosed - chimney like pitch and the way I was climbing I had my head down, and as soon as I made a large move up - my head slammed right into a boulder. This happened THREE TIMES. If it weren't for my helmet. I probably would've been concussed or worse. I am so thankful that I was wearing this Wall Rider MIPS Climbing Helmet. Not only did it protect me from injury, I didn't feel a thing when I hit my head. Really, the only reason I knew I hit my head was because I heard the Wall Rider MIPS Climbing Helmet hit the rock. In addition to this, this helmet is so lightweight and very easy to carry on my pack. It also fit my head really well and didn't move around on my head like my previous helmet. Overall, I absolutely love it and it will be accompanying me on all of my trips! 10/10 would recommend.

You had me at purple!
5 5

Familiarity: I've used it several times

I was given this product from Backcountry, but this review Is my personal opinion. Purple is my absolute favorite color and when I opened my box from Mammut and saw this beautiful 70m Eternity Dry rope, it basically screamed in excitement! I've been looking for a new rope that I can put through the ringer for a while now, as I focus more and more on multi-pitch, rappelling, and just all of the things! I think the thing I love most about it, is how lightweight it was compared to my other rope and ropes I've carried in the past. Carrying all ya gear PLUS a rope up the stairmaster at Seneca is challenging and I was pleasantly surprised when I was carrying my eternity rope directly up hill and felt good! Its also just overall easy to manage. Again with how lightweight it is, rope drag wasn't an issue for me versus my previous rope, and lowering was so smooth. It's my new favorite rope and sooo pretty! I continue to get so many compliments on it. Mammut did really well with Eternity Dry Climbing Rope.

No Stretch - Didn't make it to the crag
2 5

Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Fit: Runs small
Height: 5' 3"
Weight: 115 lbs
Size Purchased: S

I was given this product from Backcountry, but this review is my personal opinion. As a rock climber, I am always looking for comfy and versatile pants that I can wear in everyday life and to the crag! I am a size XS in pants. However, when I received the XS pants, I could not fit them at all. They were way too small and didn't stretch in anyway, I couldn't get them up past my butt. Backcountry was so great to send me a free shipping label to let me exchange them for a size small. When I got the small, they were too loose in the waste! I thought that was quite a big size difference and inconsistency when going from XS to S. I also thought that the pants fit quite weird around calves and ankles. They just overall were not flattering on me. They also did not stretch at all. Any time I bent over or bent my knees to do something, it felt like my circulation in my legs was being cut off, and that the pants would rip. Unfortunately these pants did not make it to the crag with me and I only wore them around the house or to run small errands, as I did not think they looked well enough on me to wear to work/out with friends/or to go hiking and climbing. Especially with climbing, a belt could have worked but I usually don't prefer them and it is hard to wear a belt with climbing pants under a harness. Sharing close up photos to show they way the fit.

Super Flexible and Versatile
5 5

Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Fit: True to size
Height: 5' 3"
Weight: 115 lbs
Size Purchased: XS

I was given this product from Backcountry, but this review Is my personal opinion. Aside from this color being my absolute favorite color, I love this windbreaker because it keeps me warm in my constant freezing cold office, but doesn't overheat me if I step outside in the summer heat. Also, when I go camping in the mountains, while it is still warm, the evening breeze does make me feel chilly so this jacket is great in keeping the happy medium of taking the chill off but not making me too hot. It is incredibly lightweight, so very easily packable! Which is incredibly important to me during hikes and climbing. What I also love is how breathable the jacket is. When I get chilly during night climbing sessions, I will put the jacket on and still be able to move around freely and be flexible. The jacket doesn't restrict in my shoulders, back, or arm making it harder and more uncomfortable to do things. That is a big deal for me, as most jackets I have are almost impossible to climb in because of how tight the arms get, but going a size up would just be too big. This jacket is a game changer, and I love it.

Very Satisfied

I was given this product from Backcountry, but this review Is my personal opinion. In only having this tank top for a little over a month, it has been through quite the adventure. I work in cybersecurity in an office all day, and try to make it outdoors to hike, climb, and camp throughout the week and weekend. It's really great that I can wear this tank to the office as a cute outfit (throw it with a nice jean jacket and black leggings and it looks great!) and then be able to switch it up to be outdoors and climb right afterwards. The tank top is really comfortable and great fabric so when I'm exercising it doesn't get gross and stick to me when I sweat like a lot of my cotton tank tops do. The only thing that I would say is that the underarm area runs a little large for me. So any bra that I am wearing shows under the tank top, so I have to be strategic in wearing a sports bra or bandeau under it, since it will be seen. Other than that, this is a great tank top, that I'm definitely going to get in every color.
